TL;DR: In this article, a scoping review aimed to systematically review and map the strength-based positive schooling interventions that have been conducted thus far on adolescent students, and identified 13 such studies, and examined the program design, outcomes, and theoretical underpinnings.
Abstract: Positive schooling is the positive psychological movement that calls for the incorporation of student well-being as a focus of the learning environment. A strength-based approach to positive schooling employs character strengths as a pathway to positive change and well-being. The scoping review aimed to systematically review and map the strength-based positive schooling interventions that have been conducted thus far on adolescent students. It has been performed using the five-stage theoretical framework proposed by Arksey and O’Malley. The present scoping review has identified 13 such studies, and examined the program design, outcomes, and theoretical underpinnings. Despite mixed intervention results, this paper highlights that strength-based positive schooling interventions produce promising positive outcomes in student well-being and positive emotions. The study also identified a need for evidence of the long-term effectiveness of these interventions, whole-school approaches, and theory building in positive schooling and education.

TL;DR: In this article, the physicochemical properties of 50Ce50Sm/Si catalyst were determined by BET, FT-IR, XRD, SEM, EDX, and n-butylamine titration.
Abstract: Silica was prepared from rice husk—agricultural waste—by soaking and pyrolysis method. Ceria and samaria were impregnated on silica by rotavapor-assisted impregnation method. The physicochemical properties of Ce–Sm/Si catalyst were determined by BET, FT-IR, XRD, SEM, EDX, and n-butylamine titration. Catalytic activity was evaluated by oxidation of benzyl alcohol (Bzl-OH) to benzaldehyde (B-CHO) using H2O2 as an oxidant in acetonitrile medium. Different reaction parameters like time, temperature, solvent, and catalyst amount on the reaction were also studied. Among the various catalysts, 50Ce50Sm/Si showed the impressive catalytic performance with a selectivity of 91.4% to benzaldehyde. The improved catalytic performance was attributed to the well dispersion of ceria–samaria on the surface of silica. These materials can be reused effectively up to four cycles without significant loss in their selectivity. Moreover, excellent selectivity of benzaldehyde in shorter duration using modified rice husk silica catalysts makes this protocol highly attractive and practically beneficial.

TL;DR: A new method called Shearlet Transform (ST) is applied on image by using the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) to improve the information content of the images to increase the image information content.
Abstract: The process of uniting medical images which are taken from different types of images to make them as one image is a Medical Image Fusion. This is performed to increase the image information content and also to reduce the randomness and redundancy which is used for clinical applicability. In this paper a new method called Shearlet Transform (ST) is applied on image by using the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) to improve the information content of the images. Here two different images Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) are taken for fusing. Initially the ST is applied on the two input images, then for low frequency coefficients the SVD method is applied for fusing purpose and for high frequency coefficients different method is applied. Then fuse the low and high frequency coefficients. Then the Inverse Shearlet Transform (IST) is applied to rebuild the fused image. To carry out the experiments three benchmark images are used and are compared with the progressive techniques. The results show that the proposed method exceeds many progressive techniques.
