TL;DR: In this paper, a direct 4-BIT XOR/XNOR logic cell is proposed using pass transistor logic with FinFETs, which has a full voltage swing at the outputs and hence it has the good driving capability.
Abstract: In this paper a structure for direct 4-BIT XOR/XNOR logic cell is proposed. This structure is proposed using pass transistor logic with FinFETs. This structure has less delay for the reason that its critical path consists of a minimum number of transistors. The basic advantage of this circuit is their symmetry in the logic. This design has a full voltage swing at the outputs and hence it has the good driving capability. The proposed design produces perfect outputs, even at low voltages and at high frequencies with the lesser transistor count. The proposed design is simulated using Cadence 20 nm FinFET technology at various supply voltages assorting from +0.6 V to +0.9 V. The simulation results illustrate that the proposed design has less delay and as well as less power consumption.

TL;DR: All the parameters like precision, accuracy, recovery and stability were got the results within the limit of USFDA guidelines and applies effectively for the investigation of pharmacokinetic studies using rat plasma.
Abstract: The present application wish to seem at the event of validation of bio analytical method and pharmacokinetic study of selexipag and its related impurities in rat plasma using LC–MS/MS. The optimized method contains gradient elution of selexipag with a flow rate of 1 ml/min and X-Bridge phenyl column (150 × 4.6 mm, 3.5 µ). A buffer of 1 mL formic acid in l liter water and acetonitrile mixture is used as mobile phase. 30 min run time was used for separation of selexipag and its related impurities with Ambrisentan as internal standard and impurity-D as active metabolite. The linearity curves are linear in between the percentages of 10 to 200% of rat plasma and R2 value of each analyte was observed as 0.999. This application denotes all the parameters like precision, accuracy, recovery and stability were got the results within the limit of USFDA guidelines. This method applies effectively for the investigation of pharmacokinetic studies using rat plasma.

TL;DR: The study of the various methods to remove the Ocular artifacts and their benefits, drawbacks are stated.
Abstract: Electroencephalogram (EEG) is an important medical imaging tool which reflects the electrical activity in the brain. It is recorded over the surface of the brain with respect to time. EEG draws potential from the electrodes which are placed on the scalp, this happens due to the firing of the neurons. These signals are in the order of microvolt shows as low amplitude, which are very much prone to the misrepresentation like overlay of other electrical activities exhibit by eye, muscle, heart etc. The other electrical activities which superimposed on the true EEG signal and forms a cock-tailed signal, the other electrical activity which overlay on the true EEG signal is called as Artifact with respect to the brain electrical activity. Mainly EEG signal gets affected with artifact signal which is near or around the brain like EOG, ECG, EMG, etc. forms their respective artifacts in the EEG signal, this makes the physician to make a wrong analysis of EEG signal and treating the brain activity as abnormal and direct the patient to have diagnosis which causes the serious issue. There are many artifacts that overlay and cause misinterpretation of EEG, like from the side of the patient, machinery and other environmental issues. Among this all causes of the artifacts the Ocular artifact caused from the side of the patient takes a principal position because the Ocular artifact (OA) caused by the eye is very much nearer to the psyche. Hence, in this paper the study of the various methods to remove the Ocular artifacts and their benefits, drawbacks are also stated.
