Longitudinal burnout-collaboration patterns in Japanese medical care workers at special needs schools: a latent class growth analysis.
TL;DR: The results indicated that there could be dynamic burnout types, namely moderate unstable, high unstable, and high decreasing, when focusing on growth trajectories in latent class analyses, and the finding that collaboration was dynamic for dynamic burnouts types and stable for stable burnouts is of great interest.
