Who suffers the most from abusive supervision? A moderated mediation model

TL;DR: In this paper, the interactive effects of calling and competitive climate on the relationship between abusive supervision and turnover intention via organizational cynicism were examined. But, the results showed that under a high level of abusive supervision, individuals were more likely to become cynical about the organization, which increased turnover intention.

Work-related use of Information and Communication Technologies after Hours(W_ICTs) and Work Engagement in Service Industry: Based on Experience Sampling Method

TL;DR: Based on conservation of resources theory, data from 53 front-line employees of service industry in China was collected in four consecutive days using experience sampling methods (ESM), and the relationships between W_ICTs and the three dimensions of work engagement were investigated from the perspective of individual regulatory resources, and the mediating role of state of being recovered was also analyzed.
