TLDR
In this article, the authors present extensive forecasts for constraints on the dark energy equation of state and parameterized deviations from General Relativity, achievable with Stage III and Stage IV experimental programs that incorporate supernovae, BAO, weak lensing, and cosmic microwave background data.

Compact stars in the non-minimally coupled electromagnetic fields to gravity

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigate the non-minimal gravitational models with the nonminimal coupled electromagnetic fields to gravity, in order to describe charged compact stars, where Y(R) denotes a function of the Ricci curvature scalar R and $$F^2$$ denotes the Maxwell invariant term.

OUP accepted manuscript

TL;DR: In this article , the authors developed a method to infer the level of conformity between the stellar mass of the bright central galaxies and the satellite richness λ, defined as their correlation coefficient ρcc at fixed halo mass, using the abundance and weak lensing of SDSS clusters as functions of λ.

The completed SDSS-IV extended Baryon Oscillation Spectroscopic Survey: measurement of the growth rate of structure from the small-scale clustering of the luminous red galaxy sample

TL;DR: In this article , the authors measured the small-scale clustering of the Data Release 16 extended Baryon Oscillation Spectroscopic Survey Luminous Red Galaxy sample, corrected for fibre-collisions using Pairwise Inverse Probability weights, which gave unbiased clustering measurements on all scales.

X-ray surface brightness observations of galaxy clusters, cosmic opacity and the limits on the matter density parameter

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used two gas mass fraction samples of galaxy clusters obtained from their X-ray surface brightness observations jointly with recent $H(z)$ data in a flat $\Lambda$CDM framework to impose limits on cosmic opacity.

Inflation of the universe by the non-minimal Y (R )F 2 models

TL;DR: In this article, the cosmological solutions of the non-minimal Y (R)F2 theory, which are compatible with FRW spacetime, are investigated, in order to avoid the isotropy violation of a vector field, it can be consid...

The relationship between infrared, optical, and ultraviolet extinction

TL;DR: In this article, the average extinction law over the 3.5 micron to 0.125 wavelength range was derived for both diffuse and dense regions of the interstellar medium. And the validity of the law over a large wavelength interval suggests that the processes which modify the sizes and compositions of grains are stochastic in nature.
