Interiors of small bodies: foundations and perspectives

TL;DR: In this article, the authors use the current knowledge of small body interiors as a foundation to define the science questions which motivate their continued study: In which bodies do "planetary" processes occur? Which bodies are "accretion survivors" i.e., bodies whose current form and internal structure are not substantially altered from the time of formation? At what characteristic sizes are we most likely to find "rubble-piles" and intact monolith-like bodies?
Journal ArticleDOI

Improved limits on B0 decays to invisible (+γ) final states

J. P. Lees, +363 more
- 27 Sep 2012 -
TL;DR: In this article, the authors established improved upper limits on branching fractions for B-0 decays to final states where the decay products are purely invisible (i.e., no observable final state particles).
Journal ArticleDOI

Evidence for WW production from double-parton interactions in proton-proton collisions at root s=13 TeV

Albert M. Sirunyan, +2336 more
TL;DR: In this article, a search for WW production from doubleparton scattering processes using same-charge electron-muon and dimuon events is reported, based on proton-proton collision data collected at a center-of-mass energy of 13TeV.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for CP violation in the decays D±→KS0K ±, Ds±→KS0K±, and Ds±→KS0π±

J. P. Lees, +347 more
- 18 Mar 2013 -
TL;DR: In this article, the authors reported a search for CP violation in the decay modes D±→KS 0K±, Ds±→ KS 0K+ and Ds−→KS0π± using a data set corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 469 fb-1 collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric energy e+e- storage rings.
