Defects in 6 MeV H+ irradiated hydrothermal ZnO single crystal.
Anindya Sarkar,Mahuya Chakrabarti,Debasis Bhowmick,Alok Chakrabarti,Samit K. Ray,David Rafaja,Dirtha Sanyal +6 more
TL;DR: The effect of 6 MeV H(+) irradiation on hydrothermally grown ZnO single crystal has been investigated using high resolution x-ray diffraction (HRXRD) and optical absorption (ultraviolet-visible) spectroscopy and indicates an increase of the point defect density upon irradiation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Plasmon Triggered, Enhanced Light–Matter Interactions in Au–MoS2 Coupled System with Superior Photosensitivity
Subhrajit Mukherjee,Rup K. Chowdhury,Debjani Karmakar,Meher Wan,Chacko Jacob,Soumen Das,Samit K. Ray +6 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhanced performance of hybrid self-biased heterojunction photodetector on soft-lithographically patterned organic platform.
TL;DR: The fabrication of ZnO/CdS self-biased heterojunction photodetectors on soft lithographically patterned PEDOT:PSS layers with grating geometry is reported, observing enhanced photoluminescence on patterned devices, in comparison to devices fabricated on flat PEDots.
Journal ArticleDOI
Germanium growth on electron beam lithography patterned Si3N4/Si(001) substrate using molecular beam epitaxy
Subhendu Sinha Sarkar,Subhendu Sinha Sarkar,Ajit K. Katiyar,Arijit Sarkar,Achintya Dhar,Arun Rudra,R. K. Khatri,Samit K. Ray,Samit K. Ray +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the growth dynamics of Ge adatoms under different surface stress regimes of the patterned dielectric to control the selective growth of self-assembled Ge nanostructures on silicon was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Vibrational spectroscopic studies on Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 thin films prepared by RF sputtering technique
TL;DR: In this article, the room temperature Raman and IR spectra of powder and thin films (both annealed and as-deposited) of Ba 0.8 Sr 0.2 TiO 3 were compared.
