Journal ArticleDOI

Estimation of hole mobility in strained Si1-xGex buried channel heterostructure PMOSFET

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple analysis based on the inversion layer mobility model has been used to find the current contribution of the buried-SiGe channel to the total drain current, which is verified by calculating the drain current as a function of drain voltage at different values of gate bias.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Electrical characteristics of pentacene thin film junctions

TL;DR: In this article, the properties of ITO/pentacene/Al diode have been investigated by current voltage, capacitance frequency, and capacitance voltage measurements in the framework of space charge limited current.
Journal Article

Thickness dependence of dielectric constant in barium strontium titanate thin films

TL;DR: In this article, the structural and electrical properties of fabricated capacitors have been investigated using X-ray diffraction and capacitance-voltage characteristics, and the growth and orientation of the film have been found to depend upon the type of substrates and deposition temperatures.
Journal ArticleDOI

Native defects and optical properties of Ar ion irradiated ZnO

TL;DR: In this paper, MeV Argon (Ar) ion irradiation turns white coloured ZnO to yellowish (fluence 1 × 10 14 ions/cm 2 ) and then reddish brown (1 × 10 16 ions/ cm 2 ).
