TL;DR: The authors have highlighted the possible advantages and disadvantages of SCPs and have taken the stand that SCPs might in fact provide more benefits than drawbacks, particularly given that formalized policies may lead to unfair discrimination.
Abstract: To date, empirical investigations into whether nepotism, specifically, or social connection preference (SCP), generally, is positive or negative within the realm of organizational scholarship has been limited. Indeed, most of the early discussions in this field on the subject have focused on previous work done outside the organizational area (i.e., Bellow, 2003). A recent Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Organizational Frontier Series book on the subject has brought some initial attention to the subject by approaching it from multiple domains within the organizational literature (Jones, 2012). Jones and Stout (2015) have highlighted the possible advantages and disadvantages of SCPs and have taken the stand that SCPs might in fact provide more benefits than drawbacks, particularly given that formalized policies may lead to unfair discrimination.

Abstract: Make more knowledge even in less time every day. You may not always spend your time and money to go abroad and get the experience and knowledge by yourself. So here, by reading hearing aids recent developments, you can take more advantages with limited budget.

TL;DR: In the introductory astronomy class at Albion College (Albion, MI), 13.7 billion years of astronomy in about 15 weeks (one semester) was studied as discussed by the authors, and it is virtually impossible to talk about all of the really interesting things that are happening in our solar system, our galaxy, and the universe, or the really cool people and instruments that make our observations possible.
Abstract: We move pretty fast in the introductory astronomy class at Albion College (Albion, MI)—13.7 billion years of astronomy in about 15 weeks (one semester). Thus, it is virtually impossible to talk about all of the really interesting things that are happening in our solar system, our galaxy, and the universe, or about the really cool people and instruments that make our observations possible. This may or may not be a problem because students take this course for different reasons—to satisfy a graduation requirement, because it fits in their schedule, and/or because they are interested in astronomy in general.

TL;DR: In this paper, the author argues that we should use some of the new knowledge about mystical experiences to open the door to a contemporary understanding of Paul for which recent psychedelic investigation has given us a key.
Abstract: This paper is not concerned with the very real problems of drug abuse, or laws on psychedelic drugs and the need for a fresh look at them, or the need for research in this area. It neither proposes nor tries to prove a particular inner-cycle pattern which we could with assurance say was Paul's experience in his conversion or in his mystical experience-the author does not believe we have enough evidence for such a move. Rather, this paper urges that we should use some of the new knowledge about mystical experiences to open the door to a contemporary understanding of Paul for which recent psychedelic investigation has given us a key.
