Abstract: Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) have become the promising energy source for stationary and portable applications. The design of SOFCs including its structure and its operation are an important part to be properly optimized in order to achieve the best performance. The topic on optimization of SOFC has gained tremendous attention recently in line with the growing applications of fuel cell. This paper involves a literature survey of the application of SOFC in particular the optimization strategies. The strategies are reviewed in detail based on five features, which are the decision variable, objective analysis, constraint, method and tools. The future trends of research related to the optimization for SOFC are also discussed to provide better insight for future research work in this area.

Abstract: Engagement in electronic health (eHealth) and mobile health (mHealth) behavior change interventions is thought to be important for intervention effectiveness, though what constitutes engagement and how it enhances efficacy has been somewhat unclear in the literature Recently published detailed definitions and conceptual models of engagement have helped to build consensus around a definition of engagement and improve our understanding of how engagement may influence effectiveness This work has helped to establish a clearer research agenda However, to test the hypotheses generated by the conceptual modules, we need to know how to measure engagement in a valid and reliable way The aim of this viewpoint is to provide an overview of engagement measurement options that can be employed in eHealth and mHealth behavior change intervention evaluations, discuss methodological considerations, and provide direction for future research To identify measures, we used snowball sampling, starting from systematic reviews of engagement research as well as those utilized in studies known to the authors A wide range of methods to measure engagement were identified, including qualitative measures, self-report questionnaires, ecological momentary assessments, system usage data, sensor data, social media data, and psychophysiological measures Each measurement method is appraised and examples are provided to illustrate possible use in eHealth and mHealth behavior change research Recommendations for future research are provided, based on the limitations of current methods and the heavy reliance on system usage data as the sole assessment of engagement The validation and adoption of a wider range of engagement measurements and their thoughtful application to the study of engagement are encouraged

Abstract: Many countries neighboring Malaysia have reported human infections by chikungunya virus, a mosquito-borne togavirus belonging to the genus Alphavirus. However, although there is serological evidence of its presence in Malaysia, chikungunya virus has not been known to be associated with clinical illness in the country. An outbreak of chikungunya virus occurred in Klang, Malaysia, between December 1998 and February 1999. The majority of the cases were in adults and the clinical presentation was similar to classical chikungunya infections. Malaysia is heavily dependent on migrant workers from countries where chikungunya is endemic. It is speculated that the virus has been re-introduced into the country through the movement of these workers.

Abstract: A search for heavy Majorana neutrinos in events containing a pair of high-p(T) leptons of the same charge and high-p(T) jets is presented. The search uses 20.3 fb(-1) of pp collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider with a centre-of-mass energy of root s = 8TeV. The data are found to be consistent with the background-only hypothesis based on the Standard Model expectation. In the context of a Type-I seesaw mechanism, limits are set on the production cross-section times branching ratio for production of heavy Majorana neutrinos in the mass range between 100 and 500 GeV. The limits are subsequently interpreted as limits on the mixing between the heavy Majorana neutrinos and the Standard Model neutrinos. In the context of a left-right symmetric model, limits on the production cross-section times branching ratio are set with respect to the masses of heavy Majorana neutrinos and heavy gauge bosons W-R and Z'.
