Global, regional, and national comparative risk assessment of 79 behavioural, environmental and occupational, and metabolic risks or clusters of risks in 188 countries, 1990-2013: A systematic analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2013

Mohammad H. Forouzanfar, +736 more
- 05 Dec 2015 -
TL;DR: The Global Burden of Disease, Injuries, and Risk Factor study 2013 (GBD 2013) as discussed by the authors provides a timely opportunity to update the comparative risk assessment with new data for exposure, relative risks, and evidence on the appropriate counterfactual risk distribution.

Global, regional, and national comparative risk assessment of 79 behavioural, environmental and occupational, and metabolic risks or clusters of risks in 188 countries, 1990-2013

Mohammad H. Forouzanfar, +721 more
- 05 Dec 2015 -
TL;DR: The Global Burden of Disease, Injuries, and Risk Factor study 2013 (GBD 2013) as mentioned in this paper provides a timely opportunity to update the comparative risk assessment with new data for exposure, relative risks, and evidence on the appropriate counterfactual risk distribution.

Community-wide assessment of protein-interface modeling suggests improvements to design methodology

Sarel J. Fleishman, +97 more
TL;DR: A number of designed protein-protein interfaces with very favorable computed binding energies but which do not appear to be formed in experiments are generated, suggesting that there may be important physical chemistry missing in the energy calculations.

Global, regional, and national comparative risk assessment of 79 behavioural, environmental and occupational, and metabolic risks or clusters of risks in 188 countries, 1990–2013: a systematic analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2013

Mohammad H. Forouzanfar, +720 more
TL;DR: The Global Burden of Disease, Injuries, and Risk Factor study 2013 (GBD 2013) as mentioned in this paper provides a timely opportunity to update the comparative risk assessment with new data for exposure, relative risks, and evidence on the appropriate counterfactual risk distribution.
Journal ArticleDOI

Accurate Prediction for Protein-Peptide Binding Based on High-Temperature Molecular Dynamics Simulations.

TL;DR: This work proposes a simple and effective method to predict the binding site and pose of the peptide simultaneously using high-temperature (high-T) MD simulations with the RSFF2C force field, significantly surpassing previous protein-peptide docking methods in terms of accuracy.
