Abstract
Computer Program Abstracts The category Computer Program Abstracts provides a rapid means of communicating up-to-date information concerning both new programs or systems and significant updates to existing ones. Following normal submission, a Computer Program Abstract will be reviewed by one or two members of the IUCr Commission on Crystallographic Computing. It should not exceed 500 words in length and should follow the standard format given on page 189 of the June 1985 issue of the Journal [J. Appl. CrysL (1985). 18, 189190] and on the World Wide Web at http://www.iucr. ac. uk/journals/jac/software/. 5,5′-Dicyano-2,2′-bipyridine silver complexes: discrete units or co-ordination polymers through a chelating and/or bridging metal–ligand interaction

TL;DR: In this article, the ambidentate ligand 5,5′-dicyano-2,2′-bipyridine (L) was found to function as a bi-, tri- or tetra-dentate chelate or chelate/bridging ligand in the co-ordination of silver ions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Advancements in the mechanistic understanding of the copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition

TL;DR: A review of experimental and computational studies from early proposals to very recent and more sophisticated investigations, which deliver more detailed insights into the copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition’s catalytic cycle and the species involved.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation and Crystal Characterization of a Polymorph, a Monohydrate, and an Ethyl Acetate Solvate of the Antifungal Fluconazole

TL;DR: Referencing PXRD patterns computed from the refined single-crystal X-ray data for the title compounds are presented, which clarified previous findings relating to the polymorphism of this compound.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of new 4-thiazolidinone-, pyrazoline-, and isatin-based conjugates with promising antitumor activity.

TL;DR: The most effective anticancer compound 10 was found to be active with mean GI₅₀ and TGI values of 0.071 μM and 0.76 μM, respectively and demonstrated the highest antiproliferative influence on the non-small-cell lung cancer cell line HOP-92.
Journal ArticleDOI

Steps toward high specific activity labeling of biomolecules for therapeutic application: preparation of precursor [(188)Re(H(2)O)(3)(CO)(3)](+) and synthesis of tailor-made bifunctional ligand systems.

TL;DR: The tridentate coordination of the ligands to the rhenium-tricarbonyl core could be elucidated on the macroscopic level by X-ray structure analyses and 1D and 2D NMR experiments of two representative model complexes.
