Computer Program Abstracts The category Computer Program Abstracts provides a rapid means of communicating up-to-date information concerning both new programs or systems and significant updates to existing ones. Following normal submission, a Computer Program Abstract will be reviewed by one or two members of the IUCr Commission on Crystallographic Computing. It should not exceed 500 words in length and should follow the standard format given on page 189 of the June 1985 issue of the Journal [J. Appl. CrysL (1985). 18, 189190] and on the World Wide Web at http://www.iucr. ac. uk/journals/jac/software/. Gold(I) Complexes Bearing Sterically Imposing, Saturated Six- and Seven-Membered Expanded Ring N-Heterocyclic Carbene Ligands
TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis and characterization of novel six and seven-membered expanded ring N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes of the general formula [Au(nHC)Cl] are described.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrochemical and photophysical properties of DNA metallo-intercalators containing the ruthenium(II) tris(1-pyrazolyl)methane unit.
TL;DR: Three new ruthenium(II) complexes containing the tris(1-pyrazolyl)methane (tpm) ligand have been prepared and binding parameters of these complexes with calf thymus DNA are reported and compared to those obtained for a previously reported monocation, [RuCl(tpm)(dppz)].

Group 10 metal compounds of 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) and 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ruthenocene: a structural and electrochemical investigation. X-ray structures of [MCl2(dppr)] (M=Ni, Pd)
Chip Nataro,Alison N. Campbell,Michelle A. Ferguson,Christopher D. Incarvito,Arnold L. Rheingold +4 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the binding of 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) and 1, 1′-bi-bis (diphexylphophosphino)-ruthenocene (dplr) to Group 10 metals was investigated at various temperatures and concentrations.

Polymorphic Co-crystals from Polymorphic Co-crystal Formers: Competition between Carboxylic Acid···Pyridine and Phenol···Pyridine Hydrogen Bonds
TL;DR: In this paper, the question of whether co-crystals are inherently less prone to polymorphism than the individual components is shown to be untrue in four sets of polymorphic cocrystals.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe the synthesis of a new, yellow triphenylamine dye, 4-[2-(4-diphenylaminophenyl)vinyl]benzoic acid, with a sorption maximum at 380 nm in solution for which EQE data show shifts to 420 nm on sorption to TiO2.
