Abstract
Computer Program Abstracts The category Computer Program Abstracts provides a rapid means of communicating up-to-date information concerning both new programs or systems and significant updates to existing ones. Following normal submission, a Computer Program Abstract will be reviewed by one or two members of the IUCr Commission on Crystallographic Computing. It should not exceed 500 words in length and should follow the standard format given on page 189 of the June 1985 issue of the Journal [J. Appl. CrysL (1985). 18, 189190] and on the World Wide Web at http://www.iucr. ac. uk/journals/jac/software/. Synthesis of Palladium Complexes with an Anionic P∼O Chelate and Their Use in Copolymerization of Ethene with Functionalized Norbornene Derivatives: Unusual Functionality Tolerance

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of anionic P∼O ligands and corresponding palladium−allyl complexes have been synthesized for copolymerization of ethene with functionalized norbornene derivatives.

First- and second-generation quinolone antibacterial drugs interacting with zinc(II): structure and biological perspectives.

TL;DR: DNA electrophoretic mobility experiments suggest that all complexes bind to linearized pDNA and supercoiled pDNA by intercalative manner resulting in catenanes formation as well as in double-stranded cleavage reflecting (or ending) in the formation of linear DNA.

Design, synthesis, and characterization of new iron chelators with anti-proliferative activity: structure-activity relationships of novel thiohydrazone analogues.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that the N,N,S-donor set is critical for potent anti-proliferative efficacy in aroylhydrazone chelators.

Oxoperoxo molybdenum(VI)- and tungsten(VI) complexes with 1-(2′-hydroxyphenyl) ethanone oxime: Synthesis, structure and catalytic uses in the oxidation of olefins, alcohols, sulfides and amines using H2O2 as a terminal oxidant

TL;DR: In this article, high yield synthesis of two new oxodiperoxo-molybdate complexes with 1-(2′-hydroxyphenyl) ethanone oxime (HPEOH2) was achieved by adding methanol solution of the ligand to the pale-yellow solution obtained by dissolving molybdic-/tungstic-acid (freshly prepared) in hydrogen peroxide and precipitating the complexes using tetraphenylphosphonium chloride.

Application of ionic liquids containing tricyanomethanide [C(CN)3]- or tetracyanoborate [B(CN)4]- anions in dye-sensitized solar cells.

TL;DR: The salts that are liquid at room temperature were evaluated as electrolyte additives in dye-sensitized solar cells, giving rise to efficiencies 7.35 and 7.85% under 100 and 10% Sun, respectively, in combination with the standard Z907 dye.
