Abstract
Computer Program Abstracts The category Computer Program Abstracts provides a rapid means of communicating up-to-date information concerning both new programs or systems and significant updates to existing ones. Following normal submission, a Computer Program Abstract will be reviewed by one or two members of the IUCr Commission on Crystallographic Computing. It should not exceed 500 words in length and should follow the standard format given on page 189 of the June 1985 issue of the Journal [J. Appl. CrysL (1985). 18, 189190] and on the World Wide Web at http://www.iucr. ac. uk/journals/jac/software/. Journal ArticleDOI

Fluorescent Rhenium-Naphthalimide conjugates as cellular imaging agents

TL;DR: The results show that the specific nature of the naphthalimide structure serves to control the uptake and intracellular localization of these imaging agents.
Journal ArticleDOI

Design, synthesis and characterisation of new chimeric ruthenium(II)–gold(I) complexes as improved cytotoxic agents

TL;DR: The data reported here strongly support the concept of multifunctional heterometallic compounds as "improved" candidate agents for cancer treatment.

Effects of axial coordination on the Ru-Ru single bond in diruthenium paddlewheel complexes

TL;DR: The 1,8-naphthyridine-based (NP-based) ligands with furyl, thiazolyl, pyridyl, and pyrrolyl attachments at the 2-position have been synthesized and DFT calculations provide insight into the interaction of the Ru-Ru sigma orbital with axial donors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Palladium(II) salts containing [PdCl4]2− and [Pd2Cl6]2− ions as pre-catalysts for the vinyl-polymerization of norbornene—evidence for the in situ formation of PdCl2 as the active species

TL;DR: In this paper, the polymerization behavior of a new series of palladium(II) pre-catalysts in the vinyl-polymerization of norbornene has been investigated.
