Search for heavy resonances decaying into a vector boson and a Higgs boson in final states with charged leptons, neutrinos, and b quarks

Vardan Khachatryan, +2298 more
- 10 May 2017 -
TL;DR: The authors of as mentioned in this paper acknowledge the enduring support for the construction and operation of the LHC and the CMS detector provided by the following funding agencies: BMWFW and FWF (Austria); FNRS and FWO (Belgium); CNPq, CAPES, FAPERJ, and FAPESP (Brazil); MES (Bulgaria); CERN; CAS, MOST, and NSFC (China); COLCIEN-CIAS (Colombia); MSES and CSF (Croatia); RPF (
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for associated production of a Z boson with a single top quark and for tZ flavour-changing interactions in pp collisions at s√=8 TeV

Albert M. Sirunyan, +2326 more
TL;DR: In this article, a search for the production of a single top quark in association with a Z boson is presented, both to identify the expected standard model process and to search for flavour-changing neutral current interactions.
Journal ArticleDOI

"Eyes that don't see, heart that doesn't feel": coping with sex work in intimate relationships and its implications for HIV/STI prevention.

TL;DR: Qualitative data from a social epidemiology study of risk for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections among female sex workers and their intimate, non-commercial male partners along the Mexico-U.S. border is examined to suggest broader contexts of social and economic inequalities profoundly shaped partner perspectives of sex work.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for supersymmetry in proton-proton collisions at 13 TeV using identified top quarks

Albert M. Sirunyan, +2254 more
- 31 Jan 2018 -
TL;DR: In this paper, a search for supersymmetry is presented based on proton-proton collision events containing identified hadronically decaying top quarks, no leptons, and an imbalance pmissT in transverse momentum.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study of W boson production in pPb collisions at sNN = 5.02 TeV

Vardan Khachatryan, +2133 more
- 19 Mar 2015 -
TL;DR: In this article, the first study of W boson production in pPb collisions is presented, for bosons decaying to a muon or electron, and a neutrino, based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 34.6 nb^(−1) at a nucleon-nucleon centre-of-mass energy of √sNN = 5.02 TeV, collected by the CMS experiment.
