Measurement of colour flow with the jet pull angle in tt¯ events using the ATLAS detector at s√=8 TeV

Georges Aad, +2892 more
- 12 Nov 2015 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the pull angle is measured for jets produced in t (t) over bar events with one W boson decaying leptonically and the other decaying to jets using 20.3 fb(-1) of data recorded with the ATLAS detector at a center-of-mass energy of root s = 8 TeV at the LHC.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurements of integrated and differential cross sections for isolated photon pair production in pp collisions at √s=8 TeV with the ATLAS detector

Morad Aaboud, +2842 more
- 27 Jun 2017 -
TL;DR: A measurement of the production cross section for two isolated photons in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of root s = 8 TeV is presented in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of jet shapes in top-quark pair events at √s = 7 TeV using the ATLAS detector

Georges Aad, +2898 more
TL;DR: A measurement of jet shapes in top-quark pair events using 1.8 fb(-1) of pp collision data recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dynamics of isolated-photon plus jet production in pp collisions at s=7 TeV with the ATLAS detector

Georges Aad, +2937 more
- 21 Oct 2013 -
TL;DR: The dynamics of isolated-photon plus jet production in pp collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV has been studied with the ATLAS detector at the LHC using an integrated luminosity of 37 pb(... as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Combination of searches for WW, WZ, and ZZ resonances in pp collisions at s=8 TeV with the ATLAS detector

Georges Aad, +2855 more
- 10 Apr 2016 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the results of these searches are combined to provide a more stringent test of models predicting heavy resonances with couplings to vector bosons, and upper limits on the rate of production times branching ratio to the WZ bosons are compared with predictions of an extended gauge model with a heavy W' boson.
