Abstract: A highly efficient and milder protocol for the syntheses of novel series of 2-aminothiazoles bearing 5-methylisoxazoline and pyridine-piperazine hybrid molecules has been developed. The target compounds 13a-e were screened for their in vitro cytotoxicity activity against various tumor cell lines including MCF-7 (human breast adenocarcinoma), HCT-116 (colorectal carcinoma), Jurkat (human Tcell leukemia) and THP-1 (human acute monocytic leukemia). The bioactive assay showed most of the new compounds exhibited promising results in comparison with the parental Sunitinib. The synthesized compounds could well be used in the future as lead anticancer drugs in drug development studies. The synthesized compounds were fully characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis and mass spectral data.

Abstract: Cloud storage serves as a cost-effective way of storing and sharing data among individuals. The cloud environment cannot be trusted always because of the threats caused by users and other machines in the cloud. Outsourcing data to cloud environment entails serious security concern. In recent trends, group sharing of data in public cloud is a major issue. In order to overcome this issue, a novel method to share the data among user groups securely and efficiently is proposed. The system utilizes Shamir’s (k, n) threshold scheme to securely manage the keys, where the k out of n shares are required to generate the key and multiple Key Managers each having one share of keys and this avoids single point failure of cryptographic keys. By adding timestamp parameter to the Group User List (GUL), secure user revocation can be attained, so that deleted user cannot access the data in the revoked group and supports dynamic groups. For secure transmission of keys to the Group Members, a session key (λx)y is established between each of the entities considered. The proposed system is implemented and tested for file uploading and downloading, key generation and key establishment time. The results prove that the proposed system can be used as an effective tool for group data sharing.

Abstract: These days it is being quite common to see that large portions of the detritus over the roadside, also in many localities, dustbins are not being cleaned in appropriate time. It results as creation of an unhygienic condition and expansive number of creepy crawlies and mosquitoes. The traditional procedure following these days is time taking and requires high human effort which is not anywhere comparable to present day innovations in any scenario . To overcome this issue, an undertaking called IOT based garbage monitoring system is proposed. The theme of this project is to portray savvy dustbins in view of arduino, ultrasonic sensor, Node MCU, Flame sensor and water level indicator which are interfaced with the mobile application through web server to put on a brilliant dustbin which will quantify the status of the dustbin. This system screens the trash canisters and educates about the level of waste gathered in the junk containers. This will likewise send status of bins to waste accumulation vehicles.
