Worm-like mesoporous structured iron-based fluoride: Facile preparation and application as cathodes for rechargeable lithium ion batteries

TL;DR: In this article, a worm-like mesoporous structured iron-based fluoride (Fe 1.9 F 4.75 · 0.95H 2 O) was successfully synthesized for the first time by a rapid microwave irradiation heating route using ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BmimBF 4 ) as fluorine source and iron (III) nitrate nonahydrate (Fe(NO 3 ) 3 ·9H 2O) as iron source.

A new and original microwave continuous reactor under high pressure for future chemistry

TL;DR: In this paper, a new high pressure reactor for continuous flow chemistry under microwaves at industrial scale was designed and developed, which allows continuous chemical reactions at a kg/h scale, under microwave heating, up to 7 MPa and 200°C.

The effect of microwave energy on specific migration from food contact plastics.

TL;DR: Experiments have been carried out with microwave treatment of plastics followed by migration testing using the food simulant, olive oil, and in neither of these complementary approaches was there evidence of any difference in migration from plastics that have been microwave-treated compared with plastics that had received an equivalent thermal treatment.

Efficient and Selective Protection of Alcohols and Phenols with Triisopropylsilyl Chloride/Imidazole Using Microwave Irradiation

TL;DR: In this article, a simple and efficient method was described for silylation of alcohols and phenols using triisopropylsilyl chloride and imidazole under microwave irradiation.

Improved synthesis of 3-spiro indolines in dry media under microwave irradiation

TL;DR: In this paper, an efficient one-pot synthesis of spiro [indole-dipyrrolopyrylopyridines] was achieved under microwave irradiation by the interaction with ammonium acetate (7) in the presence of acetic acid.
