TL;DR: The Disaster caused significantly increases in the occurrence of HF, PTE and IE, and the weekly occurrence of several CVDs, including heart failure, pulmonary thromboembolism and infectious endocarditis was sharply and significantly increased.

Recent progress in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension: expectation for rho-kinase inhibitors.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that intravenous fasudil, a selective Rho-kinase inhibitor, exerts acute pulmonary vasodilator effects in patients with severe PAH who were refractory to conventional therapies, and that Rho -kinase inhibitors are a promising new class of drugs for the fatal disorder.
