TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of temperature on the curve of stress-strain, elastic modulus, peak strength and peak strain of the mudstone was analyzed in a high-temperature environment.
Abstract: Uniaxial compression test on mudstone specimens was conducted by MTS810 electro-hydraulic servo-controlled rock mechanics testing system and MTS652.02 high-temperature furnace under the temperature from 25℃ to 800℃,and the influences of temperature on the curve of stress-strain,elastic modulus, peak strength and peak strain of the mudstone were analyzed. The main results of the study are as follow:The elastic modulus of mudstone has an obviously-increasing trend from room temperature to 400℃,then decreases rapidly when the temperature rises to 600℃,and has a little change from 600℃ to 800℃;The peak strength has an obviously-increasing trend from room temperature to 400℃,and decreases rapidly when the temperature rises to 600℃,but it decreases slowly when the temperature is over 600℃;The change of the peak strain is not very obvious when the temperature is below 100℃,and has an gradually-increasing trend from 100℃ to 400℃,begins to decrease when the temperature is over 400℃,but the peak strain has a slightly increase with the temperature rising to 800℃.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors have shown that adding some low density calcium in culture medium has a provoking effect in the growth of Gamoderma lucidum and enrichment of calcium, which has supplied a fundamental to developing new kind of organic calcium.
Abstract: Objective:To research the calcium application and influence on growth of Gamoderma lucidum during deep-submerged culture. Methods:ABA was conjugated to bovine serum album(BSA)and ovalbumin(OVA)via diazo coupling. The appraisal was identified by UV spectrometric scanning and SDS-PAGE.Rabbits were immunized with antigen to obtain the multi-clonal antibody against ABA.Antibody was identified by ELISA,and purified by ion exchange chromatography. Results:Based on the 600 mg/100 g calcium nitrate in the medium, the growth and calcium-enriched of G.lucidum was best. When adding amounts of calcium was about 800 mg/100 g,the efficiency of calcium-enriched obviously reduced. The organic calcium accounts for 97.3% of total calcium in the calcium-enriched G.lucidum.Conclusion:The results showed that adding some low density calcium in culture medium have a provoking effect in the growth of G.lucidum and enrichment of calcium, furthermore, which has supplied a fundamental to developing new kind of organic calcium.

26 Oct 2012TL;DR: Experiment indicates gradient genetic algorithm is a fast algorithm that can support the local optimization of individual chromosome and the global optimization of chromosomes in a group and the crossover and mutation operations are added.
Abstract: In practical question, the standard to judge whether an engine performs properly is fuzzy, as it’s difficult to give a critical value definitely. According to the engine condition and the complexity, uncertainty and nonlinear of the corresponding parameters, this paper proposed boundary optimization gradient genetic algorithm. In gradient genetic algorithm, BP algorithm of local search is introduced. The adaptive value of chromosomes group gets quickly improved with the search in one coding field getting avoided due to the utilization of knowledge of chromosomes in problem-domain. The crossover and mutation operations are added so that chromosomes will not fall into the local minimum point in neighborhood. Experiment indicates gradient genetic algorithm is a fast algorithm that can support the local optimization of individual chromosome and the global optimization of chromosomes in a group.

TL;DR: Four-aminoacridone was efficiently synthesized using an optimized method and condensed with a variety of different aldehydes to give the corresponding Schiff bases, 1a–k, indicating that these compounds possess antiproliferative activity for the HeLa and Raji cell lines.
Abstract: 4-aminoacridone was efficiently synthesized using an optimized method and condensed with a variety of different aldehydes to give the corresponding Schiff bases, 1a–k. The antiproliferative activities of these compounds were measured against several human cancer cell lines in vitro, including A549, HeLa, SGC-7901, and Raji cells. The results of these bioassays indicate that these compounds possess antiproliferative activity for the HeLa and Raji cell lines. In particular, compounds 1d and 1k containing 4-(N,N-dimethyl)phenyl and 2,4-dichlorophenyl groups, respectively, showed greater potency and selectivity towards HeLa cells than any of the other cell lines (IC50 = 7.75 and 8.88 μM, respectively). Three-dimensional contour maps based on highly predictive 3D-quantitative structure–activity relationship studies (R

cv = 0.674, R = 0.956) are used to explain the structure-activity relationships of these compounds. Furthermore, docking studies were conducted to evaluate the multidrug resistance modulatory effects of these imine compounds in the adenosine tri-phosphate binding site of P-glycoprotein and the transmembrane binding pocket. These docking experiments revealed the occurrence of important interactions between these molecules and the active site of the transmembrane binding pocket, predicting multidrug resistance modulatory behavior.
