Abstract
1-Hydroxy-benzotriazol sowie verschiedene kernsubstituierte 1-Hydroxy-benzotriazole eignen sich als Zusatze bei der Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid-Methode zur Synthese von Peptiden. Ihr Einflus auf die Racemisierung bei Peptidsynthesen wurde unter Anwendung des gaschromatographischen Racemisierungstests von Weygand u. Mitarbb.2) untersucht. Die neuen Zusatze senken die Racemisierung, verhindern die N-Acyl-harnstoffbildung und fuhren in hoher Ausbeute zu sehr reinen Peptiden.

Production of specific monoclonal antibodies against the active sites of human pancreatic secretory trypsin inhibitor variants by in vitro immunization with synthetic peptides.

Enzymatic synthesis of some O-β-D-digalactosyl glycopeptides, using β-D-galactosidase

TL;DR: Disaccharide-peptide conjugates were obtained in yields of 30–50% from o -nitrophenyl β-d -galactopyranoside by employing β- d -galactsosidase from E. coli as catalyst by exploiting the anomeric carbon of galactose.
