TL;DR: Self-guided iCBT has a lower rate of negative outcomes on symptoms than control conditions and could be a first step treatment approach for adult depression as well as an alternative to watchful waiting in general practice.

Relationships between the Beck Depression Inventory and the Hamilton Psychiatric Rating Scale for Depression in depressed outpatients
TL;DR: In this paper, a principal component analysis was performed on the intercorrelations among the 21 BDI and 24 HRSD symptoms and three orthogonal components were found and interpreted as reflecting differences in self-report and clinical rating methods for measuring the severity of depression.

TL;DR: An important finding in this study is the lack of relationship between the teacher/counselor's view of TA and the youth's view, and this correlation does not improve according to how long the counselors have known or have treated the youth.
