Genome-wide CRISPR Screen in a Mouse Model of Tumor Growth and Metastasis

TL;DR: This study demonstrates Cas9-based screening as a robust method to systematically assay gene phenotypes in cancer evolution in vivo and demonstrates the effect of mutations on primary tumor growth positively correlates with the development of metastases.
Journal ArticleDOI

Specific flavonoids induced nod gene expression and pre‐activated nod genes of Rhizobium leguminosarum increased pea (Pisum sativum L.) and lentil (Lens culinaris L.) nodulation in controlled growth chamber environments

TL;DR: Out of a number of signal compounds, hesperetin and naringenin were found to be the most effective plant-to-bacteria signal molecules for pea and lentil and the induction conditions, where the induction of nod genes was temperature-dependent, where nod gene induction was decreased with dropping incubation temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Feature parameter extraction and intelligent estimation of the State-of-Health of lithium-ion batteries

TL;DR: In this work, some battery SOH relate features are selected theoretically, proved and then re-screened mathematically, thereby a model that is suitable for lithium-ion Battery SOH estimation under multi-working conditions can be built.
Journal ArticleDOI

Genetic Structure of Hmong-Mien Speaking Populations in East Asia as Revealed by mtDNA Lineages

TL;DR: The results indicate that the Hmong populations had experienced more contact with the northern East Asians, a finding consistent with historical evidence.
