miR-25-3p, Positively Regulated by Transcription Factor AP-2α, Regulates the Metabolism of C2C12 Cells by Targeting Akt1.

TL;DR: Findings suggest that miR-25-3p, positively regulated by the transcription factor AP-2α, enhances C2C12 cell metabolism by targeting the Akt1 gene.
Journal ArticleDOI

Genome‐wide association study and identification of chromosomal enhancer maps in multiple brain regions related to autism spectrum disorder

TL;DR: An integrative analysis of genome‐wide association study (GWAS) and brain region related enhancer‐gene networks for ASD and several cross brain regions pathways were detected, providing novel clues for understanding the genetic basis of ASD.
Journal ArticleDOI

A TOR2A Gene Product: Salusin-β Contributes to Attenuated Vasodilatation of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

TL;DR: Results indicated that enhanced salusin-β activity is involved in attenuated endothelium-dependent vasodilatation pathogenesis in SHR by activating NAD(P)H oxidase derived ROS generation and inhibiting eNOS activation and NO release.
Journal ArticleDOI

CFAP65 is required in the acrosome biogenesis and mitochondrial sheath assembly during spermiogenesis.

TL;DR: In this paper, the role of CFAP65 during spermiogenesis using Cfap65 knockout (Cfap65-/-) mice was examined, and it was shown that CFAP-affected male mice exhibited severe asthenoteratospermia characterized by morphologically defective sperm heads and flagella.
