Abstract: The purpose of this research is to design Mathematical models that can determine the selling volume as an alternative to improve the markup percentage. Mathematical models was designed with double regression statistic. Selling volume is a function of markup, market condition, and substitute condition variables. The designed Mathematical model has fulfilled by the test of: error upon assumption, accurate model, validation model, and multi collinear problem. The Mathematical model has applied in application program with expectation that the application program can give: (1) alternative to decide percentage markup for user, (2) Illustration of gross profit estimation that will be achieve for selected percentage markup, (3) Illustration of estimation percentage of the units sold that will be achieve for selected percentage markup, and (4) Illustration of total net income before tax will get for specific period. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model Matematis guna menetapkan volume penjualan, sebagai alternatif untuk menentukan persentase markup harga jual produk. Model Matematis dirancang menggunakan Statistik Regresi Berganda. Volume penjualan merupakan fungsi dari variabel markup, kondisi pasar, dan kondisi pengganti. Model Matematis yang dirancang sudah memenuhi uji: asumsi atas error, akurasi model, validasi model, dan masalah multikolinearitas. Rancangan model Matematis tersebut diterapkan dalam program aplikasi dengan harapan dapat memberi: (1) alternatif bagi pengguna mengenai berapa besar markup yang sebaiknya ditetapkan, (2) gambaran perkiraan laba kotor yang akan diperoleh setiap pemilihan markup, (3) gambaran perkiraan persentase unit yang terjual setiap pemilihan markup, dan (4) gambaran total laba kotor sebelum pajak yang dapat diperoleh pada periode yang bersangkutan. Kata kunci: model Matematis, aplikasi program, volume penjualan, markup, laba kotor.

Abstract: Remanufacturing is widely practiced because it reduces landfill, saves energy, and conserves natural resources Little effort is given to exploring the acceptance of remanufactured products, especially the short life-cycle ones Indonesia, the fourth-largest mobile phone users, needs to tackle the vast WEEE deriving from obsolete mobile phones This study investigates drivers and barriers of consumer purchase intention for remanufactured mobile phones Thirteen respondents were interviewed, representing different age groups, genders, and social classes The key drivers are the affordable price, upgraded specification, and product warranty, while the regulatory concern, trend concern, and obsolescence concern are the main barriers Perceived quality and quality assurance can be both drivers and barriers, depending on the level This study recommends remanufacturers to focus on providing upgraded specification at an affordable price and providing information about the remanufacturing process This study also argues the urgency for the government to enforce rigorous regulation against counterfeit products

Abstract: This paper describes an accelerated Backpropagation algorithm (BPA) that can be used to train the Takagi-Sugeno (TS) type multi-input multi-output (MIMO) neuro-fuzzy network efficiently. Also other method such as accelerated Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm (LMA) will be compared to BPA. The training algorithm is efficient in the sense that it can bring the performance index of the network, such as the sum squared error (SSE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and also Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), down to the desired error goal much faster than that the simple BPA or LMA. Finally, the above training algorithm is tested on neuro-fuzzy modeling and forecasting application of Electrical load time series.

Abstract: Auditorium is a place to perform theatre, opera and music. Kinds of show that can be enjoyed comfortably or otherwise depend on the quality of room acoustic. Interior designers also contribute in successful or unsuccessful of a performance, which is in creating acoustic character quality. When designing auditorium interior, a designer should consider sound esthetic elements of acoustic. The best acoustic criteria in an auditorium are influenced by shape of the room and space dimension, where both can create acoustic parameter either objectively or subjectively. The arrangement and the finishing materials of the audience seats, opening view, shape and finishing of the surfaces (reflective or absorptive) that covered the auditorium are important elements which need attention. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Auditorium merupakan tempat untuk menampilkan pertunjukan pentas seni seperti teater, opera, dan musik. Pertunjukan yang bisa dinikmati dengan nyaman, atau sebaliknya antara lain tergantung atas kualitas akustik ruang. Perancang interior ikut berperan dalam mempengaruhi sukses tidaknya suatu pertunjukan yaitu dalam menciptakan kualitas karakter akustik. Ketika mendesain auditorium, perancang perlu memikirkan faktor-faktor estetika bunyi pada akustik. Kriteria akustik yang baik dalam suatu auditorium utamanya dipengaruhi oleh bentuk denah dan dimensi ruang, di mana keduanya dapat menciptakan parameter akustik yang bersifat objektif dan subjektif. Pengaturan tata letak dan bahan dari tempat duduk penonton, jalur pandang yang bebas, serta bentuk dan sifat bahan finishing pada bidang (reflektif atau absorbtif) yang melingkupi auditorium merupakan elemen penting yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Kata kunci : elemen interior, karakter akustik, dan auditorium.

Abstract: This paper presents how to asses an Operational Security Management on Computer Center at the University X. In carrying out operations using information technology-based computer network, it is an organization needs to consider factors in information systems security. The Security of communication networks is absolutely necessary to be able to provide continuous service to its users. Most of the staff was involved in the making of this security policy, often feel confused in starting to work, due to not having enough experience or feeling that it will not require a policy because there was no incident related to a security policy. To resolve these problems, we need a tool to help the staff in making the security system design that is structured with implementation modules sourced from security policy and risk management module so that it can be monitored if an error occurs. In last section, this paper show how to testing by using the engine to perform the questionnaire calculations, making planning and operations. Occurs similarity between the results of risk management high risk states with a CISSP standard studied on a case study.
