Abstract: Internet technology has made communication much easier and less expensive. It has attracted many people and has penetrated into people’s daily lives. The mass media also have accepted the internet. Almost all forms of traditional media, such as radio, television, and newspaper have extended their work into this new field. The internet and the world wide web have both significantly influenced modern journalism. Many television, radio broadcasting stations, and newspapers in Indonesia operate their sites using internet technology. Internet brings a technical communication revolution, a fundamental change takes place in the structure of connections, artificial memories and the reproduction of their content. In online media allows readers to enjoy browsing their product and service of contents, such as news feed, podcasts, deskstop alert, news on mobile phones, PDA and others mobile devices. Online media offer not only text but also digital images, audio file, and moving images (video). The interactive features of the internet seemingly imply that online media have more advantages than traditional media forms. So, the internet have dramatically evolved become new media with characteristic multimedia, hypertext, interactivity, archives, and virtuality. The most important structural new media characteristic is the integration of telecommunications, data communications and mass communication in a single medium. It is the process of convergence.

Abstract: Stationery Company located in Banjarmasin, is a company that sells items such as stationery, office equipment, and others. Business processes performed by this company are ordering and purchasing goods from suppliers and selling goods to the customer. Based on the existing situation required the completion of the method by using Data Mining association rules and administrative information systems based website for the company to be computerized and improve the control of business processes in the company. Based on the existing situation, namely the completion of the necessary sales information systems based data mining for the company to be computerized and improve the control of business processes in the company. The end result of making this application is that it can make the process of purchasing, sales, and process of data mining market basket analysis methods. Additional features to support existing data as a reminder of stock items, inventory recommendations are also included.

Abstract: Research on the effect of attitude, perceived value, and perceived likelihood of successful complaint on customer complaint intention is conducted on 200 custmers of AIG Lippo Insurance in Surabaya. Findings shows that the group of potential customer s come from private company employees, and entrepreneur background with mor than 3.5 million rupiahs of income and more than 2.5 million rupiahs of expenses per month. The result also show that the three variables; attitude, perceived value, perceived likelihood of successful complaint have positive effect on customer complaint intention. Eventhough all variables have positive effect, cost and benefit consideration as indicator of perceived value has stronger effect on customer complaint intention. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia: Penelitian tentang Pengaruh Sikap, Persepsi Nilai dan Persepsi Peluang sukses terhadap Niat menyampaikan Keluhan dilakukan terhadap 200 pelanggan Asuransi AIG Lippo di Surabaya. Terungkap dari hasil penelitian, kelompok nasabah potensial adalah kelompok pekerja swasta dan wiraswasta dengan pendapatan lebih dari Rp. 3.5 juta per bulan dan pengeluaran lebih dari Rp. 2.5 juta per bulan. Dari hasil pengujian data diungkapkan bahwa ketiga variabel Sikap, Persepsi terhadap nilai keluhan dan persepsi terhadap peluang keberhasilan keluhan berpengaruh secara positip terhadap niat menyampaikan keluhan, Walaupun terdapat pengaruh positip dari ketiga variabel tadi, namun pertimbangan manfaat dan biaya sebagai indikator persepsi nilai mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap niat menyampaikan keluhan. kata kunci: sikap, perspsi nilai, keluhan.

Abstract: Many restaurants and cafes use Social Media Influencer (SMI) services to promote their products/ services. The three dimensions of SMI include reach, relevance, and resonance; and these can influence brand awareness and purchase decision of generation Z consumers. This study involved 108 respondents and used SPSS and Partial Least Square (PLS) as data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that reach, relevance and resonance of SMI have positive and significant influences on brand awareness. Reach has positive but insignificant influence on purchase decisions; whereas, relevance and resonance have positive and significant influences on purchase decision. Finally, brand awareness has positive but insignificant influence on purchase decision of Generation Z to restaurants and cafes in Surabaya.
