TL;DR: The research is focused on the delivery of Diknas book for East Java region with a total time as the main constrain in determining the route which resulted in the minimum delivery cost of Dknas book by taking into account the capacity of the fleet used.
Abstract: PT X is a company engaged in manufacturing media printing and paper packaging PT X has a fixed product that is a Diknas book The research is focused on the delivery of Diknas book for East Java region with a total time as the main constrain in determining the route which resulted in the minimum delivery cost of Diknas book by taking into account the capacity of the fleet used The method used in determining the route with the optimal shipping cost is by the Greedy Algorithm method Research shows that in zone 1 there are 4 shipping routes with range of shipping cost between Rp100,00/kg-Rp200,00/kg by using joint route, zone 2 there are 3 delivery routes with range of shipping cost between Rp190,00/kg-Rp205,00/kg, zone 3 there are 3 shipping routes with a range of shipping costs between Rp130,00/kg-Rp525,00/kg, zone 2 and zone 3 using separate route method and joint route

TL;DR: The United States rose to the top using a one-size-fits-all approach to managing employees as mentioned in this paper, but this work in past because, historically, most of the work force was white, and male.
Abstract: Esty, Griffin, and Hirsch (1995) state that today’s workforce is truly a mosaic of different races, ages, genders, ethnic groups, religions, and lifestyles. As a manager or a supervisor, it is your job to make sure that the desperate pieces of a mosaic fit together in a harmonious, coordinated way, maximally utilizing the talents and abilities of each employee. If skillfully managed, this diversity can bring a competitive advantage to an organization. If not, however, the bottom line can be negatively affected, and the work environment can become unwelcoming. Dealing with a diverse work group is new terrain for most managers and supervisors. The United States rose to the top using a-one-size-fits-all approach to managing employees. This work in past because, historically, most of the work force was white, and male. This has all changed. The following parts will clearly provide a description about diversity, changes in the United States work force, challenges and opportunities of the changes for organizations, and how managers and supervisors as front liners deal with diversity and to turn diversity into a competitive advantage.

TL;DR: In periods of his governance, Governor General Herman Willem Daendels (1808-1811) greatly influenced the city growth of Batavia (currently known as Jakarta) and Surabaya as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: In periods of his governance, Governor General Herman Willem Daendels (1808-1811) greatly influenced the city growth of Batavia (currently known as Jakarta) and Surabaya. He has also affected colonial architecture in Dutch East Indies during 19th century. His style of leadership that was arrogant and tough has been succeeded to reborn proud of Dutch nation as a colonist and also eliminate Javanese traditional architecture that was started to adopt by some Dutch ‘aristocrat’ at the end of 18th century for housing development. Daendels’ governance initiated new style of architecture which is known as ‘Indische Empire’. The style has been adopted from ‘Empire’ style of France and has made some adjustment with local climate and life style of Dutch East Indies The style has been used in Dutch East Indies during 19th century.

TL;DR: In this article, the results of an analytical study using finite element software on 3D-printed reinforced concrete (RC) beams are presented, where the main challenge was to determine a constitutive material model of 3D printed concrete for nonlinear analysis that was quite different from normal concrete.
Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) printing for cementitious materials such as concrete has become increasingly popular. Numerous research efforts have been undertaken to fabricate structural elements, such as beams, using 3D-printed concrete. Because the behavior of 3D-printed reinforced concrete (RC) beams is not well understood, research in this area is still ongoing to investigate the behavior and compare it with conventional RC beams. In this paper, the results of an analytical study using finite element software on 3D-printed RC beams are presented. The main challenge was to determine a constitutive material model of the 3D-printed concrete for nonlinear analysis that was quite different from normal concrete. The developed model was validated using the results from several past experimental tests on 3D-printed RC beams. The results showed that the analytical model can accurately predict the maximum flexural strengths of the 3D-printed RC beams. However, the analytical model overestimated the initial stiffness of the beams. Furthermore, several local failures, such as shear failure of nodal points and bond failure between rebars and concrete, could not be well simulated by the analytical model. Thus, future research is needed to correctly define the constitutive material model for 3D-printed RC beams.
