TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the impact of information system management implementation on the company performance with the mediating role of process innovation and process innovation, and found that the implementation of a management information system directly affects the process of innovation.
Abstract: This study examines the impact of information system management implementation on the company performance with the mediating role of process innovation and process innovation. Data collection is conducted by distributing questionnaires to, and through interviews with the respondents engaged in the department of the information system of 41 companies in Surabaya, Indonesia. The questionnaire is designed using a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1: strongly disagree up to 5: strongly agree. The data analysis uses smart PLS software version 3.0. The study found that the implementation of a management information system directly affects the process of innovation. The implementation of a management information system also directly influences product innovation. The implementation of a management information system does not directly affect the supply chain performance. The process innovation improves product innovation. Process innovation does not provide a direct impact on supply chain performance. Product innovation directly gives an impact on the improvement of the performance. In total, the implementation of management information systems affects supply chain performance through the process innovation and product innovation by the coefficient of 0.526. This study contributes to the current research on supply chain management and paves the way for managers to improve the supply chain performance by implementing the management information system, product innovation, and process innovation.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of inhibitors on laminar burning velocity and flammability limits in spark ignited premix combustion were investigated using a high-speed digital camera, and all the experiments were performed using inhibitorless biogas (biogas without inhibitors) at room temperature, at reduced pressure (0.5 atm) and at various equivalence ratios (ϕ) from the lower flammable limit to the upper flammably limit.
Abstract: Biogas is the natural byproduct of the decomposition of vegetation or animal manure, of which there are almost in exhaustable supplies in the world, and which does not contribute CO2 or other greenhouse gases to global warming or climate change. Biogas contains 66.4% flammable gas (CH4) and 33.6% inhibitors (CO2 and N2). This study focuses on the effects of inhibitors on biogas laminar burning velocity and flammability limits in spark ignited premix combustion. Spherically expanding laminar premixed flames, freely propagating from spark ignition sources in initially quiescent biogas-air mixtures, are continuously recorded by a high-speed digital camera. Initially, all the experiments in this paper were performed using inhibitorless biogas (biogas without inhibitors) at room temperature, at reduced pressure (0.5 atm) and at various equivalence ratios (ϕ) from the lower flammable limit to the upper flammable limit. The results are compared with those from biogas (containing inhibitors) flames at reduced pressure, inhibitorless biogas flames at atmospheric pressure (1 atm), and biogas flames at atmospheric pressure to emphasize the effect of inhibitors on biogas laminar burning velocity and flammability limits. Compared to an inhibitorless biogas-air mixtures, in the biogas-air mixtures, the presence of inhibitors cause a reduction in the laminar burning velocity and the flammable limits become narrower. TL;DR: In this article, the influence of particle size on the reactivity of the calcined Sidoarjo mud was investigated, and the durability properties of the sand-based geopolymer was also studied.
Abstract: The eruption of Sidoarjo mud volcano that has been taken place since 2006 had caused significant damage to the local social environment, and until now there is no immediate solution that can be offered. Utilization of the Sidoarjo mud as construction material recently has gained some advancement by calcination of the mud, that make the previously inert material to become more reactive and to be more viable for its use as cement replacement or geopolymer precursor. This paper reports an on-going study to utilize the Sidoarjo mud as precursor of geopolymer by investigating the influence of particle size on the reactivity of the calcined Sidoarjo mud. Furthermore, durability properties of Sidoarjo mud-based geopolymer was also studied. The results show that making finer the mud particles by milling in longer period, using a rod-mill drum for 8 hours, can increase the reactivity of the mud. Compressive strength of geopolymer mortar can increase up to 155% when compared to the ones based on milling time of only 2 hours. Durability properties of sulphate acid resistance and chloride penetration are comparable to fly ash-based geopolymer, while the shrinkage measurement showing higher value.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors tried to see the impact of the stimulus towards the customer purchase decision when they dine in restaurants in Surabaya, and they found that 50% discount stimulus from social, psychological and factors have positive influences significantly towards customer purchase desision.
Abstract: The use of ”50% discount” promotion is an interesting phenomenom in retail business, especially as one of the marketing strategies within the company. It can also be used as a stimulus towards customer purchase decision. This research is trying to see the impact of the stimulus towards the customer purchase decision when they dine in restaurants in Surabaya. This customer behavior is studied from the factors influencing that behavior, such as social, personal, psychological and cultural factors; whereas the customer purchase decision is studied from the decision making process, which is decided into fully planned purchase, partially planned purchase and unplanned purchase. The result of the research, which is taken from 100 respondents, shows that ”50% discount” stimulus from social, psychological and factors have positive influences significantly towards the customer purchase desision. Whereas, from cultural and personal factors, it has no influence on the customer purchase decision.
