Abstract: Aplication of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) technology to provide the data information, especially at manufacture the warehouse, it can not be done quickly, exactly (real-time) and efficient because the product write system and product data entry is still done manually to the ERP system. This conditions effect to the product first in first out (FIFO) system that does not well, and there is a relatively high of employees. To solve the weakness that happened in ERP technology implementation, it must be done integration with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. This integration produce lowering activity at warehouse become 50%. This activities lowering provide the velocity, data exactly, and also employee efficiency.

TL;DR: In this article, a gap analysis between the perception and the expectation of intrinsic and extrinsic product attributes, sales promotion, and place was performed to compare the perceived performance of Product X on four significant elements.
Abstract: Kids shampoo has been the main driver of growth for the slow-growing baby and child hair care industry in Indonesia. Knowing this phenomenon, Company A launched Product X, a kids shampoo product, in 2016. The purpose of this research is to do a gap analysis between the perception and the expectation of intrinsic and extrinsic product attributes, sales promotion, and place. Prior to the gap analysis, 109 data is collected through online questionnaires and then analyzed using a multiple regression analysis to know the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic product attributes, price, place, advertising, and sales promotion on purchase intention. The result shows that intrinsic and extrinsic product attributes, sales promotion, and place influence purchase intention significantly, while price and advertising are not significant. From the gap analysis, the perceived performance of Product X on four significant elements is lower than the expectation.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors took data from companies in East Java, engaged in machinery that had a workforce of more than 100 people categorized as medium and large companies, with 55 respondents in this study, with data analysis using partial least square (PLS) to test the research hypothesis.

There were 55 respondents in this study, with data analysis using partial least square (PLS) to test the research hypothesis. The result of the data processing found that the commitment of top management affects the supply chain practices and the use of information technology.
