TL;DR: Public relations as a proactive management function, which performs the effort of monitoring trends, events, issues that may arise and distract the important relationships in a company, is a must.
Abstract: Public relations as a proactive management function, which performs the effort of monitoring trends, events, issues that may arise and distract the important relationships in a company. The continuous monitoring effort done by the Public Relations through informal relationship, and others, may give big benefit to the company when the crisis occurs. That’s why, PR can be said to be the portrait of the company. It is the eyes, ears and at the same time, the speaker for the organization. When an organization trembles, PR stands forward, when organization at a stable condition, it remains diligent in research and analysis, when a company moves forward, it stands behind, supports all organization’s supporting activity and programs. In other words, Public Relations is a must. When a crisis occurs, PR exists as a facilitator and mediator between organization and it’s public. That’s why I emphasized in my preamble’s argumentation that PR is highly needed in an organization, especially in Indonesia which, from my point of view, still gives meaning and locates PR in a highly different position as it is supposed to be.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used big capitalisation public companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as a research sample, and they found that there is a negative impact of family ownership on firm value, at the significance level of 10%.
Abstract: A number of studies concluded that family ownership structure increased firm's performance and also firm value. However, the benefit of family ownership will elapse when the opportunity to expropriate minority exists (Jiang and Peng, 2011). According to Claessen et al. (2000), higher entrenchment occurred in Indonesia, together with Philippines and Thailand. As of 16.6% of Indonesia's public companies was controlled by family as a single majority shareholder, on the other hand, the low law enforcement and the lowest corruption index are another fact in Indonesia. In such a condition it is expected that family ownership has a negative impact on firm value. Using big capitalisation public companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as a research sample, this study supports the hypothesis that there is a negative impact of family ownership on firm value, at the significance level of 10%.

Abstract This study has been done to create a system and standard to control the warehouse system for ease finding tools and control the warehouse. The warehouse is full and finding tools is hard because there is no regulation to control how the warehouse should be running. TL;DR: The authors discusses the concept of continuous improvement (CI) by looking beyond what traditionally highlighted in literature concerning continuous improvement or total quality management (TQM), and the primary argument put forward in the discussion is that despite the undeniable positive results from CI practices, the way these activities are implemented, however, will lead to most programs becoming self limiting.
Abstract: This paper discusses the concept of continuous improvement (CI) by looking beyond what traditionally highlighted in literature concerning continuous improvement or Total Quality Management (TQM). The primary argument put forwarded in the discussion is that despite the undeniable positive results from CI practices, the way these activities are implemented, however, will lead to most programs becoming self-limiting. It needs to be asserted here that this paper is not intended to despise CI, rather, its purpose is limited only to provide a balance on the prevailing positive views toward CI.
