Small intestinal tophus mimicking tumor
TL;DR: A 72 year old male with hypertension, diabetes mellitus type 2 and previous gouty arthritis presented with weight loss, nausea, and vomiting and a circumscribed tumor mass of the jejunum was revealed to be a goutY tophus in the large intestine.
