Abstract
Criteria for evaluating structural equation models with latent variables are defined, critiqued, and illustrated. An overall program for model evaluation is proposed based upon an interpretation of converging and diverging evidence. Model assessment is considered to be a complex process mixing statistical criteria with philosophical, historical, and theoretical elements. Inevitably the process entails some attempt at a reconcilation between so-called objective and subjective norms.

Exploring user acceptance of 3D virtual worlds in travel and tourism marketing

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a research framework identifying the factors that affect tourists' experience and behavioral intentions within a 3D tourism destination by examining the applicability of the Technology Acceptance Model and Hedonic Theory.

Examining the Impact of Servant Leadership on Salesperson’s Turnover Intention

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the impact of servant leadership on salesperson's turnover intention and found that servant leadership affects turnover intention through a complex moderated and mediated chain-of-effects that involves ethical level, person-organization fit, and organization commitment.

Export market-oriented behavior and export performance: the moderating roles of competitive intensity and technological turbulence

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the impact of export market-oriented behaviors on export success. And they found that export marketoriented behaviors are important predictors of several dimensions of export performance, and that this behavior is most important for exporters operating under conditions of high environmental turbulence.

Effects of perceived behavioral control on the consumer usage intention of e-coupons

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated changes that e-coupons bring to consumers' coupon usage, and they developed and estimated models of coupon-usage intention based on the theory of reasoned action or on planned behavior.

How Important Are CEOs to CSR Practices? An Analysis of the Mediating Effect of the Perceived Role of Ethics and Social Responsibility

TL;DR: In this paper, a mediated regression analysis using survey information collected from 149 CEOs in Spain, results show that those closer to the steward model are more inclined to attach great importance to ethics and social responsibility, and to implement CSR practices in their companies.

A new look at the statistical model identification

TL;DR: In this article, a new estimate minimum information theoretical criterion estimate (MAICE) is introduced for the purpose of statistical identification, which is free from the ambiguities inherent in the application of conventional hypothesis testing procedure.

Estimating the Dimension of a Model

TL;DR: In this paper, the problem of selecting one of a number of models of different dimensions is treated by finding its Bayes solution, and evaluating the leading terms of its asymptotic expansion.

Significance tests and goodness of fit in the analysis of covariance structures

TL;DR: In this article, a general null model based on modified independence among variables is proposed to provide an additional reference point for the statistical and scientific evaluation of covariance structure models, and the importance of supplementing statistical evaluation with incremental fit indices associated with the comparison of hierarchical models.
