Criteria for evaluating structural equation models with latent variables are defined, critiqued, and illustrated. An overall program for model evaluation is proposed based upon an interpretation of converging and diverging evidence. Model assessment is considered to be a complex process mixing statistical criteria with philosophical, historical, and theoretical elements. Inevitably the process entails some attempt at a reconcilation between so-called objective and subjective norms.read more

SERVCON: development and validation of a multidimensional service convenience scale
TL;DR: In this article, the SERVCON scale, a comprehensive instrument for measuring service convenience, is presented, which is based on a second-order, five-dimensional construct that reflects consumers' perceived time and effort in purchasing or using a service.

An investigation into the role of intentions as mediators of the attitude-behavior relationship
TL;DR: In this article, the authors show that the discovery of the role of intentions depends on the statistical power of test procedures, the reliability of measures of intentions, and the nature of the processes intervening between intentions and behavior.

Intention to purchase organic food among young consumers: Evidences from a developing nation
TL;DR: Investigation of the consumer's intention to purchase organic food in the context of a developing nation (India) using the Theory of Planned Behavior finds that the TPB partially supported the organic food purchase intention.

The link between eco-innovation and business performance: a Taiwanese industry context
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the interrelationships among three types of eco-innovation (process, product, organizational) and their relative impact on business performance and found that eco-organizational innovation has the strongest effect on the business performance.

An Empirical Study of the Effect of Knowledge Management Processes at Individual, Group, and Organizational Levels
TL;DR: The emergent model suggests that internalization and externalization impact perceived effectiveness of individual-level knowledge management, and socialization and combination influence perceived effective of knowledge management at group and organizational levels, respectively.

A new look at the statistical model identification
TL;DR: In this article, a new estimate minimum information theoretical criterion estimate (MAICE) is introduced for the purpose of statistical identification, which is free from the ambiguities inherent in the application of conventional hypothesis testing procedure.

Estimating the Dimension of a Model
TL;DR: In this paper, the problem of selecting one of a number of models of different dimensions is treated by finding its Bayes solution, and evaluating the leading terms of its asymptotic expansion.

Significance tests and goodness of fit in the analysis of covariance structures
TL;DR: In this article, a general null model based on modified independence among variables is proposed to provide an additional reference point for the statistical and scientific evaluation of covariance structure models, and the importance of supplementing statistical evaluation with incremental fit indices associated with the comparison of hierarchical models.
