Labberte,Nicole Kops,Manuela Salerno,Joeri Kok,Marina Simon,Marie-Françoise Harmand,Karin Vancíková,Bert van Rietbergen,Massimiliano Maraglino Misciagna,Laura Dolcini,Giuseppe Filardo,Eric Farrell,Gerjo J.V.M. van Osch,Janis Locs,Pieter A.J. Brama +17 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the bone repair potential of Col/Col-Mg-HAp scaffolds was improved by incorporating strontium ion enriched amorphous calcium phosphate (Sr-ACP) granules (100-150 µm).

An efficient metal-organic framework-based drug delivery platform for synergistic antibacterial activity and osteogenesis.
TL;DR: In this article , a metal-organic framework (MOF) based drug delivery platform was used to modify titanium implants for improved clinical applicability, and RNA sequencing and Western blotting analysis revealed that the coating activated the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway through the regulation of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) pathway, thereby promoting the osteogenic differentiation of the human bone mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs).

Microelement composition having activating function on stem cells and application thereof
TL;DR: Experimental results find that the microelement composition has the functions of promoting proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells in vitro and does not influence the differentiation potential of the mesenchyl stem cells.
