Journal ArticleDOI

Hydrolysed formula and risk of allergic or autoimmune disease: systematic review and meta-analysis

TL;DR: Findings do not support current guidelines that recommend the use of hydrolysed formula to prevent allergic disease in high risk infants and evidence of conflict of interest and high or unclear risk of bias in most studies of allergic outcomes is found.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diet during pregnancy and infancy and risk of allergic or autoimmune disease: A systematic review and meta-analysis.

TL;DR: A relationship between maternal diet and risk of immune-mediated diseases in the child is supported, and evidence from 19 intervention trials suggests that oral supplementation with nonpathogenic micro-organisms during late pregnancy and lactation may reduce risk of eczema.
Journal ArticleDOI

Baricitinib in patients admitted to hospital with COVID-19 (RECOVERY): a randomised, controlled, open-label, platform trial and updated meta-analysis

Obbina Abani, +7885 more
- 03 Mar 2022 -
TL;DR: In patients hospitalised with COVID-19, baricitinib significantly reduced the risk of death but the size of benefit was somewhat smaller than that suggested by previous trials.
Journal ArticleDOI
