Mass limit for the standard model Higgs boson with the full LEP I ALEPH data sample

D. Buskulic, +399 more
- 19 Sep 1996 -
TL;DR: In this article, the reaction e + e − → HZ ∗ was used to search for the standard model Higgs boson in the H ν ν and the Hl + l − channels.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for a Structure in the B-s(0) pi(+/-) Invariant Mass Spectrum with the ATLAS Experiment

Morad Aaboud, +2911 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a search for the narrow structure X(5568) reported by the D0 Collaboration in the decay sequence X→B_{s}−π−±, B_{s−π −1}→J/ψϕ, is presented based on a data sample recorded with the ATLAS detector at the LHC.
Journal ArticleDOI

On the spin and parity of a single-produced resonance at the LHC

TL;DR: In this article, the angular and mass distributions of events in which the resonance decays to pairs of gauge bosons, ZZ, WW, and, were studied and verified by comparing it to an analytic calculation of the decay amplitudes X → V V → 4f.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of the cross-section and charge asymmetry of W bosons produced in proton–proton collisions at s√=8 TeV with the ATLAS detector

Georges Aad, +2966 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented measurements of the cross-sections of the decay muon and associated charge asymmetry as a function of the absolute pseudorapidity of decay muons.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for large missing transverse momentum in association with one top-quark in proton-proton collisions at √s = 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector

Morad Aaboud, +3007 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a search for events with one top-quark and large missing transverse momentum in the final state was described, and 95% confidence-level upper limits on the corresponding production cross-sections were obtained and these limits were translated into constraints on the parameter space of the models considered.
