TL;DR: The 1000 Genomes Project set out to provide a comprehensive description of common human genetic variation by applying whole-genome sequencing to a diverse set of individuals from multiple populations, and has reconstructed the genomes of 2,504 individuals from 26 populations using a combination of low-coverage whole-generation sequencing, deep exome sequencing, and dense microarray genotyping.

TL;DR: The data presented here show the microbiome at the time of embryo transfer can successfully be characterized without altering standard clinical practice, and is the first step toward the goal of determining physiologic from pathophysiologic microbiota.

Rate of true recurrent implantation failure is low: results of three successive frozen euploid single embryo transfers.

TL;DR: The findings suggest that true recurrent implantation failure is rare, for those patients with the ability to make euploid blastocysts, <5% would fail to achieve a clinical pregnancy with three embryos transferred.
