TL;DR: This work surveys the recent advances in solution-processed metal oxide TFTs, including n- type oxide semiconductors, oxide dielectrics, and p-type oxide semic Conductors, with a special focus on low-temperature and large-area solution-based approaches as well as emerging nondisplay applications.
Abstract: Solution-processed metal oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs) are considered as one of the most promising transistor technologies for future large-area flexible electronics. This work surveys the recent advances in solution-processed metal oxide TFTs, including n-type oxide semiconductors, oxide dielectrics, and p-type oxide semiconductors. We first deliver a review on the history and present status of metal oxide TFTs. Then, we present the recent progress in solution-processed n-type oxide semiconductors, with a special focus on low-temperature and large-area solution-based approaches as well as emerging nondisplay applications. Next, we give a detailed analysis of the state-of-the-art solution-processed oxide dielectrics for low-power electronics. We further discuss the recent advances in solution-based p-type oxide semiconductors, which will enable the highly desirable future low-cost large-area complementary circuits. Finally, we draw conclusions and outline the perspectives over the research field.

TL;DR: High cell density, high lipid content, and high DHA percentage were achieved by using a stepwise aeration control strategy, and DHA productivity reached 119 mg/L h, which was 11.21% over the best results obtained by constant aeration rate.
Abstract: The effect of aeration on the performance of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) production by Schizochytrium sp. was investigated in a 1,500-L bioreactor using fed-batch fermentation. Six parameters, including specific growth rate, specific glucose consumption rate, specific lipid accumulation rate, cell yield coefficient, lipid yield coefficient, and DHA yield coefficient, were used to understand the relationship between aeration and the fermentation characteristics. Based on the information obtained from the parameters, a stepwise aeration control strategy was proposed. The aeration rate was controlled at 0.4 volume of air per volume of liquid per minute (vvm) for the first 24 h, then shifted to 0.6 vvm until 96 h, and then switched back to 0.4 vvm until the end of the fermentation. High cell density (71 g/L), high lipid content (35.75 g/L), and high DHA percentage (48.95%) were achieved by using this strategy, and DHA productivity reached 119 mg/L h, which was 11.21% over the best results obtained by constant aeration rate.

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of reaction temperature and the interactions between CeO2 and Al2O3 on the performance of NO selective catalytic reduction with ammonia were studied, and it was shown that the catalyst containing 9 wt% Al 2 O3 and 13 wt % CeO 2 has the highest activity in the temperature range 250-350 °C at a space velocity of 3000 h−1.
