Journal ArticleDOI
Probing nitrosyl ligation of surface-confined metalloporphyrins by inelastic electron tunneling spectroscopy.
TL;DR: This work can conclusively assign the IETS peak of NO-Co-TPP to a unique vibration mode involving the NO complexation site, namely, the in-plane Co–N–O rocking mode, and verify that the propensity rules previously designed on small aromatic systems and molecular fragments hold true for a metal–organic entity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fluoro functional groups substituted cobalt(II), iron(II) phthalocyanines and their catalytic properties on benzyl alcohol oxidation
TL;DR: In this article, a phthalocyanine complex was synthesized using the phthalonitrile derivative and characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, UV-Vis and mass spectrometry.
Journal ArticleDOI
EPR study of a novel [Fe–porphyrin] catalyst
Konstantinos C. Christoforidis,Maria Louloudi,Elena R. Milaeva,Yiannis Sanakis,Yiannis Deligiannakis +4 more
TL;DR: In this article, an EPR and catalytic study of a novel [Fe-porphyrin] catalyst, [FeR4P], used for the catalytic decomposition of pentacholorophenol (PCP), is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Oxidation of natural compounds catalyzed by Mn(III) porphyrin complexes
José A. S. Cavaleiro,Graça M.S.F.C. Nascimento,Maria G. P. M. S. Neves,Maria T. Pinto,Armando J. D. Silvestre,Maria G.H. Vicente +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the oxidation of 1,8-cineole and methyl dehydroabietate by hydrogen peroxide, catalysed by Mn(III) porphyrin complexes, is reported.
Book ChapterDOI
General Overview on Oxidations Catalyzed by Metalloporphyrins
TL;DR: More than six-hundred articles have been published on oxidations catalyzed by metalloporphyrin complexes, the current annual increase being above one hundred as mentioned in this paper, which is the highest annual increase in the literature.
