Polymorphs of 3-(e)-2-{2-[6-(2-cyanophenoxy) pyrimidin-4-yloxy]phenyl}-3-methoxyacrylate

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a method for the synthesis of polymorphic and amorphous forms of azoxystrobin for combating fungi on agricultural and horticultural crops and up-land.

Detecting Crystalline Nonequilibrium Phases on the Nanometer Scale

TL;DR: In this paper, the use of automated electron diffraction tomography (ADT) is presented as a novel approach for crystallization studies at the nanometer scale for nonequilibrium phases.

Structural studies of five novel bile acid-4-aminopyridine conjugates.

TL;DR: Systematic crystallization experiments revealed a number of structural modifications and/or solvate/hydrate systems for these conjugates, particularly, cholic acid conjugate exhibited five distinct structure modifications, including one anhydrous form, mono- and dihydrates, as well as ethanol and 2-butanol solvates.

Method for treating hypertonia with N-(2-furfuryl)-4-chloro-5-sulfamoyl-anthranilic acid and preparations thereof

TL;DR: A method for treating hypertonia with a preparation of N-(2-furfuryl)-4-chloro-5-sulfamoyl-anthranilic acid having a slightly retarded release is described in this article.

Hygroscopicity of Celiprolol Hydrochloride Polymorphs

TL;DR: In this paper, the moisture absorption of two crystalline forms (form I and form II) of celiprolol hydrochloride was investigated at different relative humidity levels, and it was found that the high melting form I undergoes a transition to a low melting form II at high relative humidity.

Mechanism of sustained‐action medication. Theoretical analysis of rate of release of solid drugs dispersed in solid matrices

TL;DR: The analyses suggest that for the latter system the time required to release 50% of the drug would normally be expected to be approximately 10 per cent of that required to dissolve the last trace of the solid drug phase in the center of the pellet.

The united states pharmacopeia.

Robert A. Hatcher
- 04 Jan 1908 -
TL;DR: The Pharmacopeia was called into being by physicians in 1820, and in 1850 pharmacists were admitted to the convention; since then physicians have gradually relinquished control to pharmacists, and to-day the authors are confronted with an anomalous condition.
