Abstract: Цель. Для уточнения величин коэффициента полезного действия (КПД) канатных блоков необходимо определить коэффициент жесткости канатов блоков с учетом классификационной группы механизма и угла обхвата канатом блока. Предполагается использовать при этом хорошо опробованные значения коэффициентов полезного действия канатных блоков с учетом углов обхвата канатами блоков и аналитически найденные величины коэффициента трения подшипников качения, приведенных к цапфе. Методика. В работе используется аналитический метод определения коэффициента сопротивления подшипника блока при вращении его как внутренней, так и наружной обойм, а также расчетная схема подшипника блока. Результаты. Для канатных блоков проведен анализ влияния способа смазки, режима работы механизма и угла обхвата канатом блока на потери в подшипниках. Приведены соответствующие сравнительные таблицы значений потерь. Анализ полученных результатов расчетов позволяет установить: 1) главным сопротивлением, влияющим на коэффициент полезного действия канатных блоков, является сопротивление в подшипниках; 2) второй по величине составляющей является жесткостные потери, зависящие от режима работы, угла обхвата канатом блока, вида смазки подшипника; 3) КПД блока при вращении внутренней обоймы выше, чем при вращении наружной примерно, на 3 % при густой смазке и режиме 1М; 4) при последовательном расположении узлов с подшипником качения необходимо стремиться к конструкции узла, в котором вращается внутренняя обойма; 5) при числе блоков до 5 можно пользоваться рекомендуемыми в литературе значениями подшипников блоков с ошибкой в величине КПД до 10 %. Научная новизна. Авторы получили значения сопротивлений в шариковых подшипниках канатных блоков и жесткостные потери, обусловленные обхватом блока канатом. Использовали при этом зависимости по определению коэффициента трения качения, полученные с применением аналитических зависимостей Герца по установлению контактных напряжений и деформаций, а также экспериментальных величин коэффициента трения качения для блоков. Практическая значимость. Полученные авторами значения сопротивлений могут быть использованы для уточненных расчетов механизмов машин.

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to single out and comprehend the key points of Heidegger`s vision of the main ideas of Descartes` philosophy while searching «the other beginning» of philosophizing as anthropology. The implementation of the objective assumes the solution of the following tasks: justification of the Heidegger`s idea of the critical relation to the established stereotypes of technomorphism about the basic intention of Descartes` philosophy, the reconstruction of the context of Heidegger`s considering the understanding of the basic intention and main motives of Descartes` philosophizing, the authenticity analysis of the reception of Descartes` doctrine by Heidegger in modern literature. Methodology. The achievements of the anthropologically focused thought of the 20th century, namely existentialism, philosophical anthropology, personalism, communicative philosophy have the essential potential during the constructive judgment and theoretical reconstruction of anthropological intention of philosophizing. Heidegger's heritage takes on a special significance, especially his reflections about the ways of searching and finding a substantial alternative to the technicism in the form of «the other beginning» of philosophizing. Scientific novelty. The analysis of the scientific literature, devoted to the relationship of Heidegger – Descartes, testifies to the domination of the truncated understanding of Descartes`s philosophy deprived of an anthropological component, and, as a result, ignoration of the substantial succession of the Descartes` ideas by Heidegger. Considering Heidegger's corresponding texts devoted to the understanding of the deep transformations of the New time, we find out the anthropology as a cornerstone of science and technology. Understanding the basic part of anthropology in the culture of the New time makes Heidegger devote much attention to the destruction of the established ideas of self-sufficiency of science, technology, thinking and to the detection of those hidden ones from a superficial view of personal nature of philosophical knowledge. Conclusions. Heidegger reasonably decides to pay much attention to Descartes` heritage as one of the fundamental thinkers, whose works are especially important during the simultaneous understanding of both the sources of the European anthropology, and the formation of the bases of the technogenic civilization of the New time. Heidegger's heritage considerably contributes to more authentic interpretation of the basic intention and the main motives of Descartes` philosophy. His opening new prospects to a considerable degree is caused by his own anthropological orientation, critical attitude to the linear concept of the history of philosophy, the rejection of superficial teсhnomorphism interpretation of philosophy.

Abstract: Purpose. The purpose of article is to develop the measures of hardness indices improvement of the supporting structures of motor cars of the electric trains ED9M. Methodology. In order to achieve the above stated aims the following measures had to be done: to develop a finite element model of the supporting structures of the motor bogie of the electric train ED9M, determine parameters of the developed model; perform the calculations to determine the stress-strain state during loads corresponding to different operating conditions with the search of geometric parameters reducing the highest stress levels. Findings. The obtained results of calculations (fields of stress distribution and strains in the elements of the motor bogie frame) from the viewpoint of the strength and stiffness discovered the best geometric parameters of the bearings in the central suspension beams of the electric trains ED9M in the places of load transmission from the car body to the bogie frame. Originality. Based on the developed finite element models and the theoretical and experimental researches the scientifically grounded modernization measures of the construction elements of the central suspension beams for motor bogies of the electric trains ED9M were developed. Practical value. It was developed an engineering solution concerning the measures to improve the strength and stiffness characteristics of the central suspension beams for the motor cars of the electric trains ED9M. It was given to the Ukrzaliznytsya’s professionals to implement them during repairs.

Abstract: Purpose. Due to operation in complex loading conditions, the rolling stock wheelsets should provide high reliability, since the train traffic safety largely depends on them. Design and technical condition of wheelsets affect the smoothness, intensity of forces generated by the interaction between the car and track, and the motion resistance. Specificity of the axle operation consists in the fact that it undergoes the bending stresses under loading. These stresses are unevenly distributed along the cross-sectional area, reaching the highest values in the outer fibers and the minimal values in the internal ones. This aspect sets the problem of replacement of the uniform cross section with the hollow cross section. The disadvantages of hollow axle design, which are used at the present time, should include a significant manufacturing complexity of the variable section cavity. The purpose is to develop a modernized design of the wheelset axle. Methodology. A construction of the hollow axle having an inner longitudinal cylindrical through hole of the constant diameter throughout its length was proposed. The item is made of steel seamless tube. The inner surface of the tube is treated by mechanical means to remove the voltage concentrations in the internal longitudinal cylindrical through hole, which has a constant diameter along the entire length of the axle. Findings. Application of this design will facilitate manufacturing of the hollow axle and the machining of the inner longitudinal through hole, while retaining all the use advantages of the hollow axle in the rolling stock wheel pairs. Another use advantage of the hollow axle of this design is the absence of partial heterogeneity of the metal, which is inevitably, occurs during the solid axles blanking. Originality. A new design of the wheelset hollow axle of railway rolling stock was proposed. Practical value. Introduction of the new design simplifying the manufacture and mechanical treatment of the inner cavity of the wheel pair axle will bring significant economic benefits. According to preliminary calculations, the use of the axle with the uniform cross section cavity will reduce the metal consumption by 100-110 kg.

Abstract: Actuality of work. Student age has the most favourable conditions for psychological, biological and social development; however, there are reasons why such natural advantages over other social groups can be completely or partially levelled. One of them is the presence of conflicts in the life of a student, a special group, among which there are women. The causes of the emergence of gender conflicts in individual social groups and the strategies for their solution have not been sufficiently explored and require further study and, therefore, are relevant. Purpose of the article is to investigate the causes of gender conflicts among students as a separate social group and to develop measures to address them and prevent them. Methodology. The research conducted in the work is based on the analysis and generalization of the causes of the emergence of gender conflicts among students, the identification of the main sources of information that form the consciousness of children and adolescents, and also influence their attitude to gender equality. Originality . The nature of gender conflicts has been quite effectively studied for a long time. However, the scope of research is limited to the most numerous social groups, such as the family, labour collective, political and public organizations, etc. Being a dynamic and socio-demographic formation, the students perform an important function in society – it takes a direct part in the transformation of all spheres of the life activity of the society. Based on the study of the objective conditions of the social environment with certain models of socialization that form the consciousness of students from early childhood, a three-component system of influence was first proposed, which is aimed at overcoming gender inequality and preventing gender conflicts among students. At the same time, the interaction of the components of the system will allow to minimize the gender inequality index in our country. Conclusions. Based on the conducted research, the authors came to the conclusion that any part of their life activity can become the sphere of occurrence of gender conflicts of students: from the choice of the direction of vocational training and the educational process to the arrangement of living conditions. The main cause of gender conflicts among students is gender inequality, which is formed in their minds. While in our society there are gender stereotypes that influence the formation of the consciousness of people from childhood and are promoted by all available sources of information, such a phenomenon as gender inequality cannot be considered overcome.
