Endomaketing como estratégia motivacional para a responsabilidade social

Abstract: Nowadays the companies need to adapt to new realities and changes that are occurring in the business scenario, through the vision of socially responsible business. However, companies need their employees to absorption of SR strategies to achieve the expected impact, develop a partnership through internal marketing program. This research aims to analyze the influence of internal marketing to motivating employees to SR. We performed a quantitative approach with application of 120 questionnaires approximately 30% of company employees of branch power distribution. It was used as a research strategy case study. Analyzed the socio-demographic profile of employees and the motivational factors of employees for the SR. It was observed that the profile of the employees was not intrinsically related to the motivational factors of employees, but that older employees are more motivated and engaged to participate in the projects than the younger. We identified 07 motivating factors for SR, grouped into two distinct factors. In the particular case of the company observed 03 aspects relevant to the influence of internal marketing in motivating employees to SR. The company's role is crucial to the growth and development of your goals.

First Occurrence and Population Dynamics of Blissus pulchellus (Hemiptera: Blissidae) in Brazil: a new pest of pastures in Roraima

Abstract: Cattle production is one of the main economic activities in the state of Roraima, and insect pest attacks in pastures have a negative effect on this sector in the region. Little is known about the species that cause damage to forage fields in the state. This study presents the first report of the occurrence of the chinch bug Blissus pulchellus Montandon (Hemiptera: Blissidae) in Roraima, Brazil and a description of the population dynamics of this pest in pasture areas in this state. Pasture areas were sampled in nine municipalities of Roraima to detect the insect. The population dynamics study was conducted for two years in Alto Alegre municipality, two of which have Brachiaria brizantha cv. Marandu and one of Megathrysus maximus cv. Mombaca (Poaceae) crops. Blissus pulchellus was found in all sampled areas, except in Rorainopolis and Sao Joao da Baliza. High densities of this bug were found in in Alto Alegre. This is the first report of B. pulchellus in Brazil. The factors that affect the population dynamics and the damage caused by this insect pest to pastures as well as the risk of dispersal of this pest in Brazil are discussed.

Trigonometria Triangular Esférica

Abstract: Neste artigo estuda-se, em triângulos construidos sobre uma superficie esferica, versoes de resultados conhecidos da trigonometria nos triângulos planos. Inicialmente, apresentam-se os conceitos e elementos fundamentais da Geometria Esferica e da trigonometria triangular esferica. Tambem e visto o Teorema de Girard, onde pode-se estudar a area de um triângulo construido sobre a superficie de uma esfera e a soma de seus ângulos internos, que ao contrario do que ocorre nos triângulos planos, e maior do que cento e oitenta graus. Feito isso, apresenta-se versoes para a lei dos senos e a lei dos cossenos em um triângulo esferico. Finalmente apresenta-se algumas aplicacoes, como o calculo da distância entre duas cidades.

Plantas de cobertura e doses de nitrogênio no cultivo da melancia na savana de Roraima, Brasil

Abstract: Um experimento foi conduzido com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito de plantas de cobertura e doses de nitrogenio (N) no desempenho agronomico da melancia cultivada nas condicoes edafoclimaticas da savana de Roraima, Brasil. O delineamento utilizado foi em blocos casualizados, em esquema de parcelas subdivididas, com quatro repeticoes. Testaram-se, nas parcelas, as plantas de cobertura: vegetacao espontânea, braquiaria ruziziensis (Brachiaria ruziziensis) e feijao guandu (Cajanus cajan); e nas subparcelas as doses de N, sendo: 0, 75, 150 e 225 kg ha-1 na forma de ureia. Foram avaliados na cultura da melancia: massa media de fruto, numero de frutos por hectare, produtividade de frutos, firmeza da polpa, teor de solidos soluveis, acidez titulavel e pH dos frutos. As coberturas vegetais formadas pelo feijao guandu e a braquiaria ruzizienses melhoram o rendimento da cultura da melancia nas condicoes edafoclimaticas da savana de Roraima, Brasil. A dose de 127,65 kg ha-1 de N proporciona rendimento maximo de frutos de melancia nas condicoes edafoclimaticas da savana de Roraima, Brasil. A cobertura formada pelas plantas espontâneas favorece o aumento dos teores de solidos soluveis do fruto.
