Abstract: The paper presents the construction of a device designed for cross-cutting of conveyor belts. The device is equipped, among others, with a pneumatic drive in the form of a double acting piston rod. This actuator ensures reciprocating movement of the circular blade mounted on a non-rotating axis. The axle is built into the frame guided by a trolley-rail assembly. The paper also presents the results of the pressure changes in the working chambers of the actuator as a function of displacement, recorded during the working movement of the knife carried out during the cutting process. The purpose of the tests was to evaluate the pressure level in the cylinder chambers during the cutting of belts of various constructions. These values were converted into cutting force values. It is relevant for the evaluation of changes in the value of cutting force of belts characterized by a different internal structure (composite belts made of different materials) and total thickness.

Abstract: Цель: Определение основных условий для установления соответствия индивидуальных возможностей физического развития и физической подготовленности студенческой молодежи к занятиям соответствующим видом спортивной деятельности. Материал: В исследованиях участвовали студенты, занимающихся в спортивных секциях (n=960). Спортивная квалификация студентов представляла диапазон от новичков до мастеров спорта международного класса. Контингент обследуемых состоял из разных возрастных групп и спортивных специализаций. Результаты: Для удовлетворения индивидуальных интересов студентов к занятиям определенным видом спорта необходимо иметь профессиограммы двигательной деятельности в видах спорта и эргографическую характеристику соревновательных упражнений. Для студентов необходимо иметь сведения об их физическом развитии, уровне физической подготовленности. Также необходимы данные об уровне текущего физического состояния студентов, определяющих их работоспособность. Наличие паспортных данных о среде двигательной деятельности и физических возможностях индивида позволяет определять адекватность их совмещения и успешности взаимодействия объект-среда. Это порождает увлеченность занятием выбранной спортивной деятельности. Выводы : Наличие адекватного соответствия между установленными аналитическими связями особенностей протекания физиологических процессов адаптивного поведения индивида и требований к выбранной среде спортивной двигательной деятельности позволяют максимально эффективно решать вопросы индивидуализации физического воспитания студентов.

Abstract: The article presents the results of research on the synthesis of a new eco-polyol based on polylactide (PLA) waste and its use for the production of rigid polyurethane-polyisocyanurate (RPU/PIR) foams. The obtained recycling-based polyol was subjected to analytical, physicochemical and spectroscopic tests (FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR) to confirm its suitability for the synthesis of polyurethane materials. Then, it was used to partially replace petrochemical polyol in polyurethane formulation. The obtained RPU/PIR foams were characterized by lower apparent density, brittleness, and water absorption. In addition, foams modified by eco-polyol had higher flame retardancy, as compared to reference foam. The results of the research show that the use of PLA polyol based on plastic waste may be an alternative to petrochemical polyols. This research matches with the current trends of sustainable development and green chemistry.
