TL;DR: In this article , a new type of label-free photoelectrochemical immunosensor on the basis of CdS quantum dots (QDs) sensitized CdWO4-TiO2 heterojunction was developed for the sensitive detection of β-lactoglobulin.
Abstract: As one of the common food allergens, milk proteins can cause severe allergic reactions. Among them, β-lactoglobulin can cause about 60% of IgE-mediated milk allergies. Thus, in this research, a new type of label-free photoelectrochemical immunosensor on the basis of CdS quantum dots (QDs) sensitized CdWO4-TiO2 heterojunction was developed for the sensitive detection of β-lactoglobulin. CdWO4 was synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method, and CdWO4-TiO2 was prepared by one-step hydrothermal coating method. The existence of CdS QDs greatly promoted the separation of photoelectrons and holes, and improved the response of CdWO4-TiO2 to visible light. Under the best experimental conditions, the constructed sensor exhibits excellent performance. In the range of 0.005 ng·mL−1 to 10 ng·mL−1, the photocurrent intensity and the logarithm of β-lactoglobulin concentration show an excellent linear relationship, and the limit of detection is 0.88 pg·mL−1. At the same time, the constructed sensor has good stability and reproducibility. It provides a new idea for the sensitive and fast detection of β-lactoglobulin and the analysis of other biological samples.

TL;DR: In this article, the conductors are arranged in a parallel and electrical conducting manner, and a monitoring device is attached to the conductor paths of conductor boards to detect interruptions of conductors.
Abstract: The device (1) has conductors (2, 3) arranged in a parallel and electrical conducting manner. The conductors exhibit different, large ohmic resistors and inductors. A monitoring device detects interruption of the conductors. The conductors exhibit same large length and different large cross sections. The conductors are designed as conductor paths of conductor boards. The monitoring device is attached to the conductors. The conductors are impacted with spring forces, and the monitoring device comprises a unit i.e. lamp, for remote signalization of interruption of the conductors. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for signalization of the peak current (2) an over-voltage protection device comprising an over-voltage protection element.

TL;DR: This paper presents the implementation of a standard compliant threat analysis for the development process of the industrial control systems manufacturer Phoenix Contact, and illustrates the requirements of the standard, the resulting threat analysis process, and its tight integration into the existing development process and its tools.
Abstract: Cybersecurity gains more and more attention as the number of security incidents rises. In order to strengthen the security of products within the industrial automation domain, the novel standard IEC 62443 prescribes security practices throughout the development lifecycle that improve the security of the resulting product. However, implementing and integrating concrete security practices into the existing development processes is challenging, as best practices for the automation domain are still missing. Hence, in this paper we present our implementation of a standard compliant threat analysis for the development process of the industrial control systems manufacturer Phoenix Contact. Phoenix Contact was successfully certified for its compliance with IEC 62443. We illustrate the requirements of the standard, the resulting threat analysis process, and its tight integration into the existing development process and its tools.

TL;DR: In this paper, a flat knife contact blade is arranged at an angle which is not 90 degrees to at least one of the side walls, and the angle is at least 45 degrees.
Abstract: The connector (1) is provided for at least one lead (3). The connector has a housing (4) with at least one chamber (5). A slider (6) is provided in the chamber (5) to be movable between an assembly position and a connection position. A flat knife contact blade (7) is provided in the chamber (5). The chamber (5) is defined by opposing side walls (8). The contact blade (7) in the chamber (5) is arranged at an angle which is not 90 deg to at least one of the side walls (8). The blade is preferably at an angle of 45 deg.

TL;DR: In this article, a bridging unit is provided to connect bridging contacts of current bars of an electrical connecting terminal, and an unlocking unit is used to transfer the lock-up position of bridging units into separating position.
Abstract: The electrical connecting terminal (1) has current bars (3,4) having corresponding connecting units (5,6) with an associated bridging contacts (7,8). A bridging unit (9) is provided to connect bridging contacts of current bars. A securing unit (12) is secured to bridging unit, when bridging unit is in the lock-up position (10). An unlocking unit (13) is provided to transfer the lock-up position of bridging unit into separating position (11).
