20 Nov 2015TL;DR: In this paper, a power contact for a switching device is proposed, where a sheet-like contact carrier (101) is connected to a first contact member (103) and a second contact element (105) is electrically conductively connected to the first contact element.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a power contact (100) for a switching device, comprising: a sheetlike contact carrier (101); a first contact member (103) connected to the contact carrier (101) is electrically connected; and a second contact element (105), which on the contact carrier (101) is electrically conductively connected to the first contact element (103); wherein the contact carrier (101) having a slot (107) which is disposed at least partially between the first contact member (103) and the second contact element (105), (a direction of current flow between the first contact member (103) and the second contact element influencing 105).

14 Sep 2017TL;DR: In this paper, a plug connector part is provided which can provide an active cooling for a contact element in order to achieve a high current load capacity in spite of a comparatively small-dimensioned contact element.
Abstract: A plug connector part (1) comprises a plug section (100, 101) for plugging connection to an associated counter plug connector part (40), and at least one contact element (11A, 11B) which is arranged on the plug section (100, 101) and has at least one electrically conductive contact section (111) for plugging connection to an associated counter contact element (41) of the counter plug connector part (40), and a shaft section (110) connected to the contact section (111) for securing an electrical line (20) to the contact element (11A,11B). In addition, a casing element (15) is provided which can be attached to the shaft section (110) of the at least one contact element (11A, 11B), and which has a body (150), a plug opening (158) formed in the body (150) for receiving the shaft section (110) and a cooling channel (159) formed in or on the body (150) and extending around the plug opening (158) for conducting a coolant. In this way, a plug connector part is provided which can provide an active cooling for a contact element in order to achieve a high current load capacity in spite of a comparatively small-dimensioned contact element.

09 Dec 1999TL;DR: In this paper, a casing for a stripped conductor with at least one cutting element and one spring element is described, where the spring element and the cutting element are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the conductor.
Abstract: The unit has a casing (2) with at least one connector for at least one insulated conductor (3) or stripped conductor (4) with at least one cutting element and at least one spring element. Both the cutting element and the spring element are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the conductor. The cutting element and the spring element may consist of one metal part (5) or may be mounted one behind the other.
