Abstract: The device (1) i.e. electrical connecting terminal (2), has a clamping body (3), a conductor retainer (4), a clamping device (5) and a conductor protection device provided to clamp a conductor for protecting the conductor. The clamping body is formed from a sheet bending part (8) which comprises a bottom wall section (9), two lateral wall sections (10, 11) and two upper wall sections (12, 13). The conductor protection device has a retaining section that is connected with the upper wall sections by a flow-form connection (15). A housing surrounding the clamping body consists of plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an electrical connection device.

Abstract: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlussklemme zum Anschliesen eines elektrischen Leiters, umfassend ein Isolierstoffgehause (10) mit mindestens einem jeweils uber ein Betatigungselement (13), das um eine Achse schwenkbar in dem Isolierstoffgehause (10) gelagert ist, bedienbar ausgebildeten Leiterklemmeinrichtung (12), wobei die Leiterklemmeinrichtung (12) eine Klemmstelle (15) fur den elektrischen Leiter umfasst, die von einem ortsfest in dem Isoliergehause (10) angeordneten Kontaktelement (16) und einer mittels dem Betatigungselement (13) zwischen einer Offenstellung und einer Klemmstellung in dem Isolierstoffgehause (10) bewegbar angeordneten Klemmfeder (17) gebildet wird, indem ein freier Schenkel (18) der Klemmfeder (17) uber ein Verbindungselement (19) an dem Betatigungselement (13) angelenkt ist, so dass mittels einer Schwenkbewegung des Betatigungselements (13) in eine erste Richtung die Klemmfeder (17) unter Beaufschlagung mit einer Zugkraft uber das Verbindungselement (19) in die Offenstellung sowie mittels einer der ersten Richtung entgegengesetzten Schwenkbewegung in die Klemmstellung bewegt wird, wobei das Betatigungselement (13) ein von dessen Achsmitte (21) radial beabstandetes und zur Anlenkung des Verbindungselements (19) ausgebildetes Anlenkelement (20) umfasst und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Anlenkelement (20) derart an dem Betatigungselement (13) angeordnet ist, dass der von dem Anlenkelement (20) und der Achsmitte (21) gebildete Hebelarm in der Offenstellung zumindest im Wesentlichen parallel zur Richtung der mittels des Verbindungselements (19) auf den freien Schenkel (18) der Klemmfeder (17) wirkenden Zugkraft ausgerichtet ist.
