09 Sep 2010TL;DR: In this article, a single-sided rotor base is used for enclosing stator as a part of motor housing with high degree of protection system of Ingress Protection 54 according to DIN/international electro-technical commission-EN 60034part 5.
Abstract: The rotor (1) has a rotor socket (2) provided with a peripheral wall (4) and a single-sided rotor base (6) for enclosing stator as a part of motor housing with high degree of protection system of Ingress Protection 54according to DIN/international electro-technical commission-EN 60034-part 5. The rotor socket comprises a heat sink (12) with high thermal conductivity such the motor heat that occurs in an inner side is discharged to surrounding area via the heat sink through the rotor base. The heat sink is formed as a single-piece disk-type cooling element (20).

12 Feb 2010TL;DR: In this paper, a fan wheel in a version as a radial or diagonal fan, of a baseplate and of a plurality of fan blades arranged so as to be distributed over the circumference of the inlet port and around an axis of rotation, is described.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a fan wheel in a version as a radial or diagonal fan, of a baseplate and of a plurality of fan blades arranged so as to be distributed over the circumference of the inlet port and around an axis of rotation. The fan wheel has a shroud with an inlet port and the shroud and/or the baseplate have/has in this case a nonrotationally symmetrical geometry which in each case has a continuous and point-invariable profile, as seen in the axial or axially parallel direction.

22 Apr 2004TL;DR: In this article, a rotary element was detected within a single turn by using a single-turn rotation sensor on an end of the shaft for detecting its angular position within one turn and a multi-turn sensor unit for detecting the number of rotations of this shaft with a reduction gear.
Abstract: The device has a first single turn rotation sensor on an end of the shaft for detecting its angular position within one turn and a multi-turn sensor unit for detecting the number of rotations of this shaft with a reduction gear driven by the shaft, a rotary element connected to its output on an imaginary extension of and coaxial to the shaft and a second single turn sensor for detecting the position of the rotary element within a single turn. The device has a first single turn rotation sensor (30) on an end of the shaft (14) for detecting its angular position within one turn and a multi-turn sensor unit for detecting the number of rotations of this shaft with a reduction gear (18) driven by the shaft, a rotary element (42) connected to its output on an imaginary extension of and coaxial to the shaft and a second single turn sensor (48) for detecting the position of the rotary element within a single turn.

03 Jan 2000TL;DR: In this article, a speed transducer and a ring magnet are integrated into an inner wall of the motor end plate, where the magnet is connected to the transducers by an inner magnet.
Abstract: The motor comprises a speed transducer. A ring magnet (8) of the speed transducer (8, 9) plugs into an inner wall of the motor end plate (3).
