Partial Symmetries of Weak Interactions

TLDR
In this paper, the weak and electromagnetic interactions of leptons are examined under the hypothesis that the weak interactions are mediated by vector bosons, and it is shown that the simplest partially-symmetric model reproducing the observed electromagnetic and weak interactions requires the existence of at least four vector-boson fields (including the photon).

TL;DR: In this paper, results from searches for the standard model Higgs boson in proton-proton collisions at 7 and 8 TeV in the CMS experiment at the LHC, using data samples corresponding to integrated luminosities of up to 5.8 standard deviations.

Supersymmetry, Supergravity and Particle Physics

TL;DR: In this paper, a short introduction to N = 1 supersymmetry and supergravity and review the attempts to construct models in which the breakdown scale of the weak interactions is related to supersymmetric breaking is given.

Supersymmetric Dark Matter

TL;DR: In this article, the neutralino is considered as a superpartner in many supersymmetric theories, and the cosmological abundance of neutralino and the event rates for both direct and indirect detection schemes are discussed.

The axial vector current in beta decay

TL;DR: In this article, the divergence of the axial vector current in β-decay may be proportional to the pion field, and three models of pion-nucleon interaction are presented that have the required property.

Theory of the Fermi Interaction

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the existence of two-component Pauli spinors satisfying a second order differential equation and the suggestion that in β decay these spinors act without gradient couplings leads to an essentially unique weak four-fermion coupling.

A Theory of the Fundamental Interactions

TL;DR: In this paper, a description of the present stock of elementary particles within the framework of the theory of quantized fields is given, by means of fields with the smallest spin appropriate to the statistics, O(B.E.) and s(F.D.).

The renormalizability of vector meson interactions

TL;DR: In this article, a renormalizable theory of the elementary-particle decays in which such a particle plays the role of an intermediary was constructed. But the renormalizability of vector meson interactions was not investigated.

DECAYS OF THE $mu$ MESON IN THE INTERMEDIATE-MESON THEORY

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that the existence of such a heavy boson, with the properties required to give the known Fermi couplings, will itself lead to the occurrence of decays which are not found in nature, and which would not occur in any detectable amount if there are no intermediate bosons.
