TL;DR: In this paper, the first and second power converter units are engaged alternating at subsequent power ups of the voltage input terminal, where the control unit is configured to control the input relay unit and the output relay unit.
Abstract: A power converter system suitable to provide a load with electrical power, the system comprising; an input voltage terminal; an output voltage terminal; a first power converter unit; a second power converter unit; an input relay unit; an output relay unit; a control unit; wherein the control unit is configured to control the input relay unit and the output relay unit such that the first and second power converter units are engaged alternating at subsequent power ups of the voltage input terminal.

TL;DR: In this paper, a target tracking system including a tracking module arranged to perform model-based tracking of a target based on received measurements from a sensor is arranged to detect as a target performs a manoeuvre.
Abstract: A target tracking system including a tracking module arranged to perform model-based tracking of a target based on received measurements from a sensor. A detector is arranged to detect as a target performs a manoeuvre. An output switching module is arranged to switch from a first output mode in which model estimations of the tracking module are forwarded, to at least a second output mode in which only reliable outputs are forwarded, in response to information indicating the detection of a target manoeuvre being received from the detector. Also a collision avoidance system, a method for tracking a target and a computer program product.

TL;DR: The application of EPR and ENDOR simulations of radiation research involving free radicals, radical pairs, triplet states and to less extent metal complexes are treated in this article, where the analysis of data obtained with continuous wave methods of species trapped in disordered solid s is emphasized.
Abstract: Applications of EPR and ENDOR simulations of relevance in radiation research involving free radicals, radical pairs, triplet states and to less extent metal complexes are treated. Early fundamental work involving in situ radiolysis of liquids and stickplot analysis of spectra is reviewed, while single crystal analysis is only briefly discussed. The analysis of data obtained with continuous wave methods of species trapped in disordered solid s, “powders” is emphasized. Simulations based on first and second order and exact theory are described and exemplified. Methods to obtain parameters for the dynamics of radicals in irradiated solids and for the simulation of spectra at microwave saturation are discussed. Procedures for the simulation of powder ENDOR spectra of radicals are described in detail, with special emphasis on the influence of nuclear quadrupole couplings due to nuclei with I ≥ 1. EPR and ENDOR simulation programs known to us are presented in an Appendix, including addresses for downloading when available.
